"The hotel had a good location, close to the Old Port, which was very convenient. However, the room could have been cleaner, and the furniture looked quite old and worn out. The fridge was empty, and no slippers were provided, which is something most hotels usually offer. We stayed for 3 nights, and unfortunately no one came to clean the room during our stay. Overall, the hotel does not seem to be very well maintained, especially considering the condition of the furniture."

"Hotel is being renovated - but front steps are broken and dangerous. Restaurant is dirty. Hotel says the restaurant is operated separately … shame on them all. We got a buffet and the eggs and bacon were out and not replenished, carpet filthy. No one offered compensation for bo food! Whoever is doing their renovation has non attention to quality - bad caulking, wallpaper coming loose."
