Seven Seas #3, main level, pool side unit with full ocean view. Seven Seas Condominiums is a small condominium complex located in the quiet beach community of South Akumal, just two and half miles south of Akumal proper.



Guests of Seven Seas enjoy a large beachside swimming pool with chaise lounges for relaxing in the sun. Each unit has a private patio area and is just a few steps from the sandy beach and water's edge.



Seven Seas #3 is full two bedroom condominium with fully equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for six and living area. From the living area access the pool side patio. The unit faces the ocean and has full bright views of the gardens and sea. Guests also enjoy ocean views from both bedrooms and access to the poolside patios.



The master bedroom is spacious. Furnished with king bed, private sitting area, writing desk with ocean view, en suite bath and air conditioning. The guest bedroom is furnished with two single beds which can be made to one king to accommodate couples or families. This bedroom also enjoys an ocean view and has private bath and is air conditioned. There is also a queen size inflatable air bed available for US$25/night to accomodate a 5th guest.



Another great feature at Seven Seas 3 is that it has ramp access all the way from the car parking area into the condo, for those who are looking for ease of mobility in and out of the unit.



A great choice for quiet comfortable accommodations in a lovely setting. AC in bedrooms only.

Beautiful location and roomy condo

By far, we absolutely loved our cleaner "Dacie" and manager "Miguel" ...so helpful and friendly. The condo was nice and clean, but needed a bit of updating. Mostly the master bedroom's sheets/towels. The kitchen was well-stocked, but the toaster didn't work! The weather was gorgeous, seeing Tulum and Cenote Azul were amazing. A bit reefy out front in the ocean but lots of paddleboards and kayaks to get out there..it was private and very quiet and had a sparkling clean pool and groundskeeper!! It was the perfect place to stay for 10 days and enjoy the turquoise water and beach.

Quiet Beach Holiday

We loved our time at Akumal Sur. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a very relaxing time. We enjoyed snorkelling every other day, and the pool was wonderful. We ordered groceries online, and rented a car to drive to Puerto Adventuras for groceries. There is so much to see and do in this region, cenotes, ruins, beaches. Renting a car is a must as taxis are quite expensive. The staff at the property were the BEST. Miguel made us feel right at home and was kind and helpful. Our kids loved it here and we would absolutely come back again.

Second Time, Still a great Location

We loved our stay this week. The South Akumal beach is the best, calm, quiet, great snorkeling and the kids loved the pool. We stayed here four years ago and I would say the only complaint is that things could use a little updating. For the price it is still a great deal, but next time will probably upgrade for a little more comfort. The mattress in the master is pretty worn and the cement couches in the family room just didn't work for us this time. The TV was also broken and had no access to any english programming. We spend most of our time outside on these kind of vacations anyway, but it is nice to be able to watch a family movie or two sometimes. I would still recommend the property, Miguel the manager is great and super helpful, the grounds are immaculate and access to everything you need, just feel like it is important for folks to know what the comfort level is.

Truly Paradise

Crystal clear water a few feet from our door! Serene tropical setting. We listened to to ocean at night, snorkeled Went out in kayaks provided by Seven Seas. Everyone there very friendly and helpful . Close to many attractions like swimming with sea turtles, monkey sanctuary , Mayan ruins and cenotes . I highly recommend Seven Seas and will keep it in my dreams.

Great house, very nice people

The house was in a fantastic location, the view was great, the people were very kind and helpful. We stayed for a week and had a very good time. There were many things to do in the neighborhood.

Perfect size for family of 4-5 and great location

The property was nice with clean bedrooms and located in a great location on the beach. There are kayaks for use and a nice clean pool area which our kids enjoyed. Miguel and Francisco are very attentive and friendly. The neighborhood is very safe with 24/7 gated entry. The Akumal beach proper is about a 25-30min walk along the shore. The only downsides are minor, and justified by the reasonable price: kitchen, living area and bathrooms were a little dingy, although not dirty, and could benefit from a little refresh. Bedrooms have nice hardwood and have ample closet space. All and all a pleasant stay in a nice place and good location.

AMAZING!!!! Could not beat the location.

We had an amazing time at Seven Seas #3. The location was perfect, my son counted, it was 8 steps to the pool and not much farther to the beach!! The most amazing thing we witnessed were turtles hatching on the beach right in front of the condo, definitely a memorable moment. Miguel, Francisco and Lety were great people and do a great job. It was very easy to find and navigate with our rented car around South Akumal. We felt very very safe and never once had any issues. Make sure to have dinner at La Buena Vida and hunt the hermit crabs at night on the grass, kinda fun. Highly recommend!!! The reason for the 4 stars is because ALL the linens need to be replaced, I am certain they were clean but everything was stained and it was a bit of an uncomfortable feeling getting into stained bed sheets or washing dishes with stained dish clothes, that could be a real upgrade. Thank you!!
