"Beautifully maintained, complimentary breakfast was great with many great quality options. Mattresses and pillows need to be replaced. Beds sag/wiggle terribly, pillows are lumpy and lack support. Bathroom was not in a sanitary state and did have a urine smell upon arrival. Alone baseboards and corners were quite dirty with hair dust and dirt. The property is beautifully decorated and had a historic feeling. "

"the location vs price is unbeatable. I love how it is walkable distance from the shopping district, museums, and the signature sightseeing architectures. Downside is, 1. tv doesn’t have many channels, wish they could update it to multimedia that has Netflix/youtube. 2. No complimentary drinks, would be nice to have two bottled water (provided by most hotels I’ve stayed in) 3. The pillows are quite hollow, don’t have enough provided two but of the same kind. (Usually one higher one lower heights that gives alternatives?) Still in average a good place to stay. Friendly staff. "

"Great location for quaint shops and restaurant's.lots of walking options in area all along the ocean.Kinda missed having NO TV .. but it worked out.If your a very quiet sleeper and require White Noise...you could hear late evening footsteps and doors from below."
