"Enjoyed our stay especially since we had our dog with us they provided a mat, dog bowl and treats. Helpful to have an air conditioned room in the summer months unlike other places I have stayed at in Victoria. I was really impressed by how big the bathroom was! Staff were pleasant. Never made it down for the free coffee and fruits for breakfast but I am sure it was decent as well. The Rialto cookies were yummy!! :) Would definitely stay here again. The only one con was that the secured parkade was a little expensive around $26/night if I remember correctly. There is a free one but it apparently it fills up quickly."

"Beautiful hotel but not worth the price Hallways were continually cluttered with cleaning carts-all day and evening- and room service dishes outside room doors were not cleared quickly and accumulated. No individual shampoos or lotions, containers bolted to wall. Friendly and accommodating staff but disappointing experience overall at this price point."
