"The room was clean but we had reserved a room with a kitchen and only ended up with a microwave and fridge so was a bit disappointing. The walls are quite thin and we were woken up several times being near the lobby and stairwell. Otherwise the rooms were nice enough and staff was friendly"

"We stayed in the only 3 bed option room. It was super spacious.The front desk made sure to let us know our room is beside the Pub attached to the hotel and there would be live music being played up till 10:30 pm on the Friday and Saturday. The music wasn't loud in our room at all and we don't mind noise so it was great! Be prepared to walk up 2 flights of stairs for extra exercise to work off the yummy Victoria food! Pool was excellent and empty when we visited beginning of June! Great walking areas and Arbutus park for the doggos! Cheers!"

"We were very impressed with our stay. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The complementary breakfast was also more than we expected. We didn't use the complementary bikes or kayaks but appreciate the fact they were there and will keep that in mind for another trip."
