Poor front desk staffing at night. A group of individuals were rented a room at 2am happen to be next to me I was woken to a loud party coming from the room next to me long story short after 2 complaints to front desk staff and all was quite but my stay was ruined. This place honestly is not worth the price and BS.

The view from the tower building was amazing, we enjoyed the view a lot. There are many restaurants around this hotel. However, the breakfast was not good enough, room was too cold at night and stuffs were friendly but they couldn’t support us as needed.

We did hear a couple of the cleaning ladies complain about their job of cleaning rooms and being sick of people asking to room earlier than the original time.
