Great all inclusive. Food and booze are the best we have had at nearly 20 all inclusive resorts. Rooms are clean, staff is great. Pool is great for kids. Big resort, so plan to walk. Beach is fine, nothing special.

Unfortunately, our 4-day stay was very disappointing, mainly because of the poor service and food experience. - The staff’s English was extremely limited, which made even simple requests difficult or impossible to communicate. Many interactions left us frustrated. - The buffet was exactly the same every single day – no variation at all over 4 days. For the price we paid, we expected much more variety. - Making dinner reservations at the à la carte restaurants was a real hassle. There was no phone or app system – we had to walk to each restaurant in person to try to book a table. Even when we managed to get a slot, the only available time was 9:30 pm. With young children, waiting until 11:00–11:30 pm to actually eat is simply unacceptable. Overall, the dining and service fell far below the standard we expected from a resort of this category. We left feeling disappointed and will not return.

The resort was amazing but the only thing the kids club was not accommodating for special needs children! So we could not drop off our kiddo , we had to stay with him ! At first they did allow him but the second he was not following their plan for the period he was there we had to pick him up ! I guess they did not have enough employees for all of the kids ! And they had a specific plan for the kids that all of them need to follow! It will be great if they worked at that !

We stayed at the resort for 5 day and really like the property, very clean, safe top shelf alcohol and friendly staff but food was horrible, they need to have more option and verity, I would give them 5 star if I take the food out.

Rooms are great. Food is fantastic. Beach is nice but ocean has red seaweed along entire beach so it really isn’t swimmable. The hotel advertised that it had pickleball courts and there were no courts at the resort. We asked to book a court and first they told us it was under maintenance and then finally came out and told us that there weren’t any courts at the resort and that they weren’t sure that they were ever going to get courts. My travel group was very disappointed about this since we all traveled with our paddles. Staff were all great, especially the pool bartenders and staff.

I loved that there were many restaurants and many food options. I would add that the buffets can add more variety, and more options. I appreciated the service too. Very poor service overall in every area, starting from a slow check in plus they completely ignored our request to have a crib in one of the two rooms we had booked; they tried to sell us a crib by saying they did not have one available anymore (our request was from 1 month earlier) and after our strong complain and after showing the conversations where the hotel was asking me in which room we would have wanted the crib, they immediately found one available. Experienced very long lines at lunch and dinner; restaurants were always sold out an impossible to book one while there (you have to book these restaurants weeks in advance, which we had tried besides we did not receive assistance and answers for weeks before our departure). Pool water was very cold, definitely not ideal for babies. Beach chairs / beds were always “reserved” through towels put on them for many hours each day and with nobody literally showing up to use them .. my guess is the staff at the pool would give you a seat only if you tip them each day or they try to sell you cabanas and the other options available for an extra fee Staff very slow and poor in service / attention Overall just a waste of money and time … there are so many better places within the same budget in Mexico.. Sales people from Legendary Club tried to convince to buy the membership by being very pushy even if we made it clear we were not interested. This resort is not worth its costs.

The resort itself is gorgeous, with lovely surroundings and well-kept facilities, but unfortunately the service really let the experience down. Staff often seemed overwhelmed or uninterested, and several requests took far longer than they should have—or were forgotten entirely. Communication felt disorganized, and the level of attentiveness didn’t match what you’d expect from a resort at this price. It’s a shame, because the property has a lot of potential. With better training and more consistent customer service, it could be a fantastic stay. Until then, it’s hard to fully recommend unless you value the location far more than the service.

Hotel Condition – 7/10 The resort is clean and modern, but be prepared for long walks between areas. If you’re at the middle pool (the one with the obstacle course), getting back to the lobby takes a while since you either have to cross the bridge or walk all the way around the right side of the pool. 🍽️ Food – 5/10 The food was average. I wasn’t able to try several restaurants — The Butcher, Bao, Copal, Black Iron, and Chez Moi — because they were fully booked all week. I’d definitely recommend making reservations before arriving. 🤵 Service – 5/10 Service felt slow and inconsistent. Many employees lacked urgency, and wait times were long for almost everything, especially ordering food by the pool, which took over an hour each time. 🏖️ Beach – 1.5/10 The beach was the most disappointing part: murky water, no waves, and fewer than 10 shaded seats. ⭐ Overall Overall, this hotel needs a lot of work. I was expecting a huge difference from what I experienced. They need: • More employees • Faster, more attentive service • Staff with more charisma and energy

Terrible all inclusive. We were a group of 11 girls celebrating a 40th birthday and 5 girls had food poisoning. They seriously lack basic hygiene for food prep, as this is mentioned in several other reviews dating months back (which we did not see until returning). 90% of the staff are rude and do not care at all. Many do not speak any English. The bars close at 11pm!! You have to walk a mile to the other end of the resort to their club if you want any drinks past 11pm. The adult pool is boring and zero entertainment! This resort fell extremely short for our trip and I wouldn’t recommend it at all. There is NO beach, the water there is full of seaweed and looks muddy. The resort staff also begin projects at 11pm, with scaffolding pulled out and blocking the halls, painting, power tools etc. They try to upcharge you on everything, I’ve never been to an all inclusive that does that. I would never return to this property and unless you want to have a sore stomach the entire trip, I would avoid like the plague.
