Ce resort est magnifique, nous avons beaucoup aimĂ© sĂ©journer Ă  cet hĂŽtel , seulement nous avons dĂ» attendre presque 1h avant d’avoir la chambre car la nĂŽtre n’était pas prĂȘte et ils on dĂ» nous donner une autre chambre car j’avais commencĂ© Ă  m’impatienter et les enfants Ă©taient fatiguĂ©s du voyage , autre chose est que l’hĂŽtel est en travaux donc beaucoup de bruits des appareils de construction un peu partout ça donnait parfois des maux de tĂȘte ! Pour le reste c’était parfait!

Bel hĂŽtel, exposĂ© nord( a prĂ©fĂ©rer pour les sĂ©jours en plein Ă©tĂ©) l’hiver, le soleil est peu prĂ©sent Ă  la piscine. Les photos de la chambre montrĂ©es par expĂ©dia ne correspondent pas( comme d’habitude) d’oĂč une trĂšs grande dĂ©ception , pas de balcon, et la vue sur mer est surtout une vue sur piscine ! Merci expĂ©dia. L’hĂŽtel est trĂšs propre, l’annulation est sympas ! Le personnel est trĂšs agrĂ©able, un remerciement particulier Ă  Humberto, chargĂ© de clientĂšle, qui parlent parfaitement le francais

What a terrible place to stay at. Staff and managers especially where useless, rude and did not help with any issues. Dirty towels. Wet floor. Long line ups for food and drinks. Even if restaurants are empty but you don’t book on your app. The night before you don’t get to eat dinner. The most pathetic system

I have enjoyed the trees and the green areas as well as the entrance of the hotel. The pool is excellent. Would like to see more music and some nice sitting areas around the pool.

Nos encantó el hotel es hermoso pero lo que nos sorprendió es la calidad de la comidas 10/10 de verdad lo recomiendo sé que cuando buscamos un hotel para nuestros viajes y pasar un momento de relajación con nuestras familias nos cuesta mucho escoger un hotel pero de verdad les recomiendo sin dudarlo

Despite booking an upgraded room (Jr suite) at The Sens Cancun by Oasis, the hotel failed to deliver multiple key services and amenities as advertised. This includes: * A broken hot tub that was never repaired ( we did speak to guest service and advise of this)  * A broken shower ( advised guest services)  * A room without a balcony, contrary to what was promised and paid for * No room cleaning or towel service over 6 nights  * No restocking of the minibar, no water, snacks, or basics ( unable to even get water or coffee until after 7:30 am daily) * Inaccessibility to the restaurants and resort facilities despite advertised availability * Frequent broken elevators, filthy public restrooms, closed pools *misleading or conflicting staff communication ( one person in our party was told to book beds at 8am, I was told 7am only to get down at 7 and they tell us sorry we sold out at 6am. * The adult swim up bars were flooded with kids. We actually never used those pools. While the adult pool upstairs was vacant we could use those however the times of service were limited and served warm beer when opened. As well as it was secluded and no view of the ocean. These issues were not isolated incidents—they were systemic and persistent throughout the entire stay and severely impacted the quality and value of the trip. I would never stay here again or recommend. Once we checked in they no longer cared about anything as they already were paid in full.

We booked 6 rooms for 6 nights and walked away with 6 days of regret. One of the rooms was the Master Suite, chosen specifically for the jetted tub on the balcony — only to find out it had no hot water, making it completely unusable. Strike one. Another major reason we booked this hotel was the advertised room service. But upon check-in, we were told it didn’t exist. That’s not just disappointing — it’s flat-out false advertising. Things got worse. The dinner hall had roaches visibly running around. Coffee and bottled water weren’t available until well after 7:30am, even though the coffee shop was listed to open earlier. The swim-up bar was overrun by kids, which made the “relaxing resort” experience feel more like a poolside daycare. To top it off, the staff — from bartenders to front desk — were consistently unfriendly and unhelpful. Everything shut down by around 9 p.m., and there wasn’t even a vending machine to grab a snack. Before booking, we were told this hotel was great for large groups — we were a group of 15 — but not once were we accommodated for anything: no help booking dinners, shows, or even basic coordination. Bottom line? We wouldn’t stay here again, and we definitely don’t recommend it.

I had a room for four people, but the beds were too small; they only had double beds, not queen size. They provided only three towels for four guests, and room service was consistently late in the afternoon.

We booked the Master Suite for the space and the jetted tub on the balcony — only to find there was no hot water to the tub, which made it completely unusable. The dinner hall had roaches running around — absolutely unacceptable. Basic amenities like coffee and bottled water weren’t available until well after 7:30am each day, even though the coffee shop was listed to open earlier. The swim-up bar was constantly overrun by children, making it feel more like a daycare than a relaxing resort. On top of all that, the staff — from bartenders to front desk — were consistently unfriendly and unhelpful. I would not stay here again, and I definitely would not recommend it to anyone.

This was our second time staying at this resort and we enjoyed every second of it!! Upon arrival we had a VIP check in, fast and prompt. We arrived early and although the check in was not until 3 pm, we were able to use all amenities right away. Excellent room service, our room was cleaned every day, and mini bar refilled with water, sodas and beer. Food was great, wide variety of meals, fresh and delicious ! Many restaurants to choose from, offering delicious specialties, our favorite was the White Box. Open buffet all day provided great options for adults and kids. The coffee place was exceptional!!! Fast and polite staff. Entertainment was ok, but the highlight was that resort offers free supervised and very safe kids club, which was priceless, so my husband and I were able to enjoy lunch alone, and relax at adults only pool sections. Pools are great, few to choose from, amazing views from every corner! The only downside is that the beach does not have enough lounges and chairs. I wasn’t impressed by the beach because of the seaweeds, but thats typical for Cancun at this time. Overall, we had a great stay and would love to return again!
