it has been a great stay close to almost everything and locals mercados and the consierge was extremely helpful and gave great tips for the tourist. The place is really nice kept walking distance to same fun . The staff was super nice and helpful with anything we needed .The only small gripe that could effect some people is that there was non existing wifi. They had it but never works which could be bad for some people that actually needed it . Luckly for us we had almost everything we needed so were set. Last con they have a late check in time at 3 pm but with the awesome-staff they took care of our bags until check in time so we could enjoy cancun instead of rolling around our luggage
