Very relaxing resort. Didn’t care for very low lighting in bedrooms, breakdown in communication with changes made to previously booked events. Food was good however I think they could expanded the menu some without serving the same things everyday.

Nice enough hotel but the food options were very limited for an all inclusive place. Extra charges for dining options and included food options were just ok. The nightly entertainment was unimpressive. Staff were very helpful and nice but there were salespeople pushing the extras. Beach area is really nice.

Overall 8/10. The staff and service was amazing, best I have seen in an all inclusive, same goes with the beach. 10/10 The food was a 7/10 Entertainment 8/10. The shows were good but there was not much to do outside of the events. Also we were not happy with the selling of their membership club right at arrival. We really enjoyed our stay and excited to see how it will look after renovation!

So as an overall vacation with my wife, mind you, it was our first vacation in twenty five years for our anniversary. To both of us, it was one of the best vacations.If not, the number one that we have ever went to the resort was exceptional, the staff was exceptional.Everything just worked for us for beautiful memories to come, and it was our twenty fifth anniversary, we are now going to be saving up to partake next year, or maybe at the end of this year we're still looking, but we are going to return to the same resort across cancun because this resort is going to be shutting down for remodeling, so we will be looking for the same ownership they bring a high quality.

We loved the food at the restaurants, better than most all-inclusives we’ve been too. Although the property is outdated the staff and atmosphere was one of the best we’ve experienced. The beach area was huge, but unfortunately it was too rough to swim and it was very rocky in this section. Overall great stay. Bar and food around every corner!

What can I say… Hyatt Zilara has been our home away from home. It’s such an incredible place! The food, the rooms, the beach, the entertainment but most importantly it’s the staff that keeps us coming back. What a terrific group of individuals that meet you everyday with a smile and go above and beyond the take care of our every want or need. This years trip was no exception. The trip started off with a Paola who worked on getting us checked in. She was able to help us and made the process easy. The beach waiters and concierge not only served us but many have become our friends over the years. David, Javier, Sergio, Eduardo, Orlando and Luis. Amazing people who looked out for us wherever they were stationed that particular day. Ivan the bartender at Marie Marie is completely wonderful and we would stop by that bar even when eating at other restaurants he makes the best cocktails. Carlos did an amazing job at Asiana I know Zilara is getting a remodel and we are looking forward to the upgrades but I truly hope that all of these great employees will be able to be there when the resort opens back up in December. The amenities at Zilara is only half of why we come year after year. It is truly the wonderful staff.
