The staff and service was excellent. Wilson and Carlos at Pelicanos restaurant made our stay even more special. Memo served us at Maria Marie restaurant and he was amazing! This was our 1st time visiting Cancun and we choose Hyatt Zilara for our resort to help celebrate my 50th Birthday vacation . EVERYTHING WAS AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL AND THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL!! Our visit was in the midst of Covid 19 so unfortunately a couple of the restaurants, 24 hours sports bar and pool activities (foam party etc ) for this Beautiful resort were not available, Which was fine with us and DEFINITELY didn't hinder us from ENJOYING MY BLESSED 50TH BIRTHDAY VACATION!! Thanks HYATT ZILARA for providing us the BEST HOSPITALITY AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED !! WE ARE ALREADY LOOKING FORWARD TO RETURNING FOR 2021!!

Came in with my family and friends, purchased bottles stood in the presidential room and still not received the service I deserved! .Overall experience was really bad, not what I expected from this hotel! Only 1 bar at the pool no drinks after 4pm and 1 bar for the lobby that closes at 11 pm. They don’t allowed music, no place to hang out or party with friends and family. Not satisfied with service. Definitely won’t come back to this hotel!

Wish there was hotel shuttle rather than third-party vendors. The shuttle transportation business does not work well between airport and hotels.

We really enjoyed the staff- Eloisa, Elvis, David by the pool. Beach bartender - Eduardo Carlos (host) in the restaurant and waiter Arturo Entertainment Richie and Eric and their staff Time Out sorts bar is nice Restaurants were good! Things we didn’t like: Being upcharged for the captains meal and lobster. No dancing/live music/karaoke nightly Can’t use spa unless you pay a fee Upcharged for a pool foam party- resort should just include that
