Everyone at the resort was amazing! Very friendly and went out of their way to take care of us! From Franc at the concierge who helped us plan our Thai Day bed! Enrique our server was top notch! Viktor at el Pino made my husbands birthday trip ‘ everytime we went into the restaurant he knew exactly what we wanted to drink and was on top of it! Manasas another server also provided service beyond anything we ever expected! This is just a few of the staff that made our stay! We will definitely be back!

The beach and location of this resort was perfect. We enjoyed the size and space of the villa our family stayed in, but the furnishings need an update. The food and restaurant options were limited. It was impossible to make a reservation at one of the two restaurants for dinner. The food itself was mediocre, including room service. We liked the size of the resort for convenience, everything is walkable and close by, however, there are a lot of stairs. For those with disabilities or not as mobile, there is no avoiding climbing stairs in certain areas. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms and public spaces were kept clean. The beach was beautiful, with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The sand in front of the resort was well maintained. Overall, we appreciated the number of beds and bathrooms in our villa. Each room had its own A/C unit. The resort met our needs, but did not meet or exceed our expectations.

The hotel overall is a nice hotel, dinner on Paloma is literally the same every night and they are very limited on restaurants for dinner, they have so many new staff that don’t know nothing about the hotel it’s really unfortunate. I used to love this hotel when it was OMNI food was amazing a different menu every night but now that its Wymdam everything changed I wouldn’t go back. Don’t recommend it..

food in the buffet is not delicious. room service is rude because the late night snacks order ends at 7am i called 6am to order room service and they said it’s close already. no restaurants that is 24/7 open. no big parties or activities at night unlike the other hotels. same fruits just different slices LOL!

We enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Grand Cancun. Our room was nice and clean every day, the staff was friendly, food was good. The only thing we didn’t like was how aggressive they are trying to get you to sign up for a breakfast in which they give you information about becoming members of the resort. We were very tired from our trip and were traveling with a 2 year old so we just wanted to get to our room and rest but they were very persistent. We told them we were not interested and they finally backed off. Other than that I also think they could’ve had more kid friendly food options at the buffet style restaurants, and perhaps more entertainment for kids. They did have a kids club area which was nice for our toddler, but the kids activities were for kids 5 and up. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend to others.
