Everyone at the resort was amazing! Very friendly and went out of their way to take care of us! From Franc at the concierge who helped us plan our Thai Day bed! Enrique our server was top notch! Viktor at el Pino made my husbands birthday trip ‘ everytime we went into the restaurant he knew exactly what we wanted to drink and was on top of it! Manasas another server also provided service beyond anything we ever expected! This is just a few of the staff that made our stay! We will definitely be back!

The beach and location of this resort was perfect. We enjoyed the size and space of the villa our family stayed in, but the furnishings need an update. The food and restaurant options were limited. It was impossible to make a reservation at one of the two restaurants for dinner. The food itself was mediocre, including room service. We liked the size of the resort for convenience, everything is walkable and close by, however, there are a lot of stairs. For those with disabilities or not as mobile, there is no avoiding climbing stairs in certain areas. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms and public spaces were kept clean. The beach was beautiful, with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The sand in front of the resort was well maintained. Overall, we appreciated the number of beds and bathrooms in our villa. Each room had its own A/C unit. The resort met our needs, but did not meet or exceed our expectations.

Beautiful updated ocean front room but the VIP Funds awarded are a gimmick to get you to spend money at their spa. It was for $78 that they would not allow me to use on a service that cost $75, I can only use it on services over $150 it is a way to get customers to spend money in their salon, but falsely advertised as a VIP Credit

El parque de agua para niños es muy bueno aunque deberian tener abierta la cafeteria ahi, es muy alejado de todo. La vista de la habitacion era fenomenal. Necesitan mas opciones de comida y abrir mas restaurantes al mediodia. el sistema de reserva para los restaurantes en la noche es muy complicado sobre todo para grupos grandes como nosotros que teniamos 4 habitaciones y eramos 11. Los empleados son super amables. En especial nuestra concierge Barbara y Adriana que nos recibio cuando llegamos y estuvieron pendientes de nosotros. En el buffet, Noe fue muy amable y nos atendio maravillosamente bien. En general, el hotel es muy bueno y muy limpio, solo necesitan mas opciones de comida al mediodia y cambiar el sistema de reservaciones de restaurantes especializados

Rooms have not a good temperature control so it's very hard to keep the temp you need. It only has or outside temp. Or freezing cold. As well the bed sheets do not fit the bed properly so they come out as soon as you get in. The tv is not a smart one and the food leaves a lot to desire specially the sushy restaurant has 6 options and not good. Over all for an all Inclusive I would choose a different property. What I can say it was amazing was the service that the team provided all were very antentive and always looking for the guest

We came to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday, from the moment we arrive every staff did their part, Franc and Barbara the concierge was the master of everything we felt welcomed and entertained already. Explained all the resort offers and gave us an amazing room! Rooms are clean and well maintained. The lounge bartenders were great shout out to Orlando and Gil! The pool area are kept clean all the time, bartender Wil gave us a mixology class lead by the great entertainers, Luis and Jacko! They made the stay so much fun for everyone one, nightly entertainments made us laugh every show. Sushi and taco bars are a must to try! Service in all the restaurants, perfect! The staff are the resort’s jewel. We had an amazing and relaxing stay and celebration!
