My wife and I enjoyed our visit to the Omni in Cancun. One employee stands out in our minds. His name is David and he was a wealth of knowledge and information. No matter what we asked or needed, David was always ready to help! Although there was nothing we specifically didn’t like, we’ve decided “all inclusive” is not for us. This was our 4th visit to Cancun and our 1st stay at the Omni. Our 1st 3 visits were spent at the Marriott and we feel we like the “personality” there better than the Omni. I wish to emphasize that there was nothing specific we didn’t like about the Omni, we just felt more comfortable at the Marriott. I didn’t catch his last name but David was the absolute best employee we had the pleasure of dealing with. We might even come back to the Omni because of him!

The property was beautiful and so relaxing! We loved the swim up bar and the entertainment staff at the pool was so fun!! However the food was just ok and a lot times not warm, and the rest of the staff were not as friendly as some of the other resorts we have been to in Mexico! We had a wonderful time in Mexico and was excited just to be on vacation, but I don’t believe we will choose Omni Cancun again.

The material used to build the hotel is high quality, such as the floor, the bathroom. The blanket and bed sheets are dry and comfortable eventhough my ocean view room is close to the ocean, unlike other hotels I stayed before.
