This was our second time at Royalton Chic in the last 4 months! It just keeps getting better. Our butlers Ricardo and Gary were great! The took care of every one of our needs! I recommend the Diamond Club upgrade! The beach butlers were very friendly and helpful in getting us settled at the beach each day. The beach area is beautiful and very safe. We will be back!! 10 stars!!!!

This was the second time i stayed at the resort in the last 4 months. I returned because i enjoyed it so much the first time and they definitely did not disappoint this time. I requested the same butlers Ricardo and his partner Gary and they were great! They set up everything for me including my early morning coffee while spending time looking at the sunrise! The trip was super relaxing. The beach butlers took care of us at the Diamond beach and they were all very personable and the beach was well kept! The grounds are keep very clean as was the suite. The food is excellent and the servers are very friendly. Iwould highly recommend this property and i will definitely be returning! Overall Excellent +++++

Unfortunately this property came out lackluster for me. The food really was not anything to write home about. I didn't have anything that tasted bad but there was nothing that would bring me back. I've been to several other resort resorts with absolutely amazing food. I'm not a foodie or a picky eater but I know good food and I know mediocre food. I also did not appreciate that I can't bring food from the buffet back to my room. If I'm paying for the whole experience I should be able to take food back, other resorts allow it and this property has room service. Another thing I did not appreciate about the dining experience was being shooed away from dining in certain sections of the buffet if the wait staff didn't want you to eat in that section. I stated, I'm paying hundreds of dollars to come here I should be able to sit wherever I want when the restaurant is open. The room was fine, the balcony view was absolutely stunning. Overall the experience was not bad however I would not come back.

I couldn’t say how bad our stay truly was. From issues with the Royalton app and being unable to complete reservations for dinner, to having nowhere to sit if you go outside to the pool/beach area anytime after 8am this place is not good by any means. When we approached guest services about our issues instead of being helpful and rectifying our issues we were sent to FOUR different people, the first of which was a person trying to sell us a travel club while we sat and complained about the poor experience we were having. When we’d finally been able to talk to a supervisor in guest services she offered us a cabana for one day of our stay due to there being no chairs outside (which didn’t help the fact that we wanted to be in the sun and the cabana had no sun). However we agreed to a cabana and the supervisor came out with a non-disclosure agreement for us to sign in order to receive the cabana. On our last night, the app didn’t work again (per usual, they told us both to download the app and then said because we both downloaded the app that’s why it wouldn’t allow us to make a reservation). The guest services supervisor offered us a free bottle of sparking wine to which we declined because we wanted to eat, not booze. He miraculously found us a table for 9:30pm at Vespa (Italian), and made us a reservation. Well, NEWSFLASH! We get to the restaurant and low and behold, we had no reservation. Overall, if I had to rate my experience on a scale of 1-10 I would give it a zero.

Everything was beautiful, they treated us so nice. Only thing I didn’t like is my suite not being clean in a sufficient time. I had to call to ask for a cleaning twice. The keeper came to clean but still didn’t clean the bath tub and some certain areas
