I liked the amenities and staff. It was all wonderful. I just wished smoking wasn’t kept away from the sun beds.

We enjoy a small resort. But thought it was an adult 18 plus but has some children. Don't know the reason why

Check-in was horrible. It took 45 minutes including trying to entice us into participating in a presentation the next day. We were not interested in nonsense like that. Plus, the guy was pretty rude as he kept asking us personal information, how long we've been married, what our ages were, difference in our ages (husband and wife). It was none of his business!

Property small and in need of updates. Food was actually very good and clean rooms! What made this place so special and actually made our trip enjoyable was the staff! All staff were so very pleasant and wanted to make sure everything was taken care of! Of special note was the entertainment staff especially Bernardo aka Bernie! He was phenomenal and Sandos owes a lot of their experience for travelers to him! He provided a variety of offerings and was a great person! All waiters at bar and restaurants were great! Would stay here again!

Service was great. Nice spa facility. Very accommodating. Was happy pool was open 24hrs but disappointed there was no jacuzzi. Room service was very convenient but one night we had 6 people in one room enjoying after hrs waiting for our food and security came to door saying we could not have more than 2 inside a room eventhough we were all staying there just separate rooms. Overall fun and relaxing!

Our room was perfect. All of the staff were very friendly. Restaurants were good. Bar One bartender made a really delicious drink for me.
