Retail stores and top-tier restaurants within Cape Coral are also plentiful with a 3 minutes’ drive or 10 minutes’ walk. This luxury apartment is brand new, styled to perfection and has never been on the rental market before now! Casa Valencia offers 2500 square feet of living space featuring full kitchen, screened-in patio, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Amenities also include sheets, towels and pool towels, washer and dryer and dedicated parking space; which are all available in the unit as well as a brand new, full-sized pool and lounge chairs.

The space
This luxury apartment is in the best location of Cape Coral. The apartment has three bedrooms, all equipped with king beds and spacious closets. Two of the rooms have SmartTVs with high speed internet which is ideal for Netflix, YouTube and other streaming apps. The apartment has high-quality furnishings with an oversized SmartTV in the combined living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, Ninja coffee machine and professional blender; everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The balcony is equipped with outdoor furniture, which invites you to relax with some coffee and a southern facing exposure. The Cape Harbor Marina is a 5 minute drive, which gives you access to premier shops, restaurants and a place to dock your boat!

The condo had the most comfortable beds EVER!! The location was great for everything we were doing in FL. The pool was great for the kids, it was a bit chilly for me but the kids loved it. Would definitely stay here again!! ❤️☀️🤩

Spacious Condo
This is a spacious, light and airy condo. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of closet space with many hangers. Bathrooms were large with good counter space. Nice walk in shower. Washer and dryer very convenient. All appliances worked. Ceiling fans were great and by opening windows, we seldom used the AC. Located within walking distance from Publix and a mall filled with restaurants. We especially liked Ceno’s, an Italian, Mediterranean place. Screened porch is very nice, but the tree in the photo is gone so there is no shade in the late afternoon. Cons: there are no dressers in any of the bedrooms, we used the nightstands. Overall, a very comfortable living space.

We really enjoyed our stay and the amenities offered at Casa Valencia. However, I regret not inquiring further about the pool. It was not heated and extremely small. Also, construction to expand the communities units was unpleasant.
