This apartment is a new build, so it was very clean. Positioned in Chertsey almost next door to the railway station it was in a great position to get into London or the surrounding area. Lots of parking, local shops and restaurants nearby. It would benefit from a few home touches though, the bedroom blinds don't keep out the daylight, every apartment had the same ones, so not necessarily the owners fault. The bathrooms don't have toilet roll holders or hooks, manageable but would be easier with them. The beds are firm, each to their own. Kitchen utensils were basic, no kitchen roll or welcome pack (tea/coffee/milk sachets) so often found in rentals.Having stayed in lots of rentals, this just missed the mark. If you missed it, as I did, no microwave. I did enjoy my stay here, it felt very safe in the apartment complex and was good value for money compared to other rentals in this area.
