"The room was clean and spacious. There was plenty of hot water and the shower head was great . Only bad thing is that there is not much parking on the property. There is parking on the street and a garage 3 blocks away. The woman who was maintaining the breakfast buffet do an amazing job. Nice selection of breakfast choices."

"From the moment you enter the Curtis’s hotel you feel relaxed; the staff care for your needs (had extra blankets within 10 minutes to our room and immediately made up the pull out couch for our daughter.). The hot springs is an oasis minutes from great restaurants."

"My friend and I stayed at the Mansion for 10 days and it was a joy! The breakfasts are really gourmet and really kept us nourished until the late afternoon. The staff were very good natured and helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean. I heard no noise from inside the hotel though I was in a front-facing room and there was some street noise. The parking lot across the street was very convenient. Also, the location to restaurants is amazing. We walked quite a bit through the Elmwood neighborhood quite a bit and were routinely delighted in all the beautiful houses and hidden shops and bar/restaurants."

"The hotel & room were excellent! Beginning with the staff at the front desk, check in was easy & friendly. The room was beautiful, clean & spacious. Check out was easily completed online, no need to wait in line at the desk. Location was right downtown Buffalo. Beautiful buildings and a local pub right across the street."
