Book a hotel near Shea's Performing Arts Center, Downtown Buffalo

"I wouldn't stay here again. The staff was really nice for the most part. I was grossed out by the room I got. It was on the 3rd floor facing a glass awning. There were dead birds on it. Nasty. I am disappointed with the staff as when I checked in at the hotel they said that was only room available which is bs. Even if it was they should have offered another room for my second night. Either way will never stay here again. "

"They offer early check in online for $40 however when I called to request one I was told that I would have to wait till I arrived at the hotel to see if it was available. Naturally we arrived at 2 and were told the room wasn’t ready which, fine. We wait around till 3 to check in and when we get to our room it hasn’t been cleaned. Towels all over the bathroom. We spoke to the front desk manager who was as understanding as he could be. After around 20 more minutes we got a different room this one was clean, however. After spending about 5 minutes in the room we started "

"The room and bathroom were very clean. The bar was small but very nice. For sale snacks and forgot items were very good verity. Breakfast was very well stocked and looked after. Parking was the only low point with having to pay at a parking garage that was not close at all, while a parking garage across the street was Valet only. "

"Room was a bit outdated for the price. Daily paid parking is expensive. Continental breakfast is expensive for what is offered. We probably wouldnt stay again."

"Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. The pastries were stale. There was little variety, and to choose from elevators are too dark and need to be brightened up. I can hardly read the number buttons because it is so dark in the elevators. Also, it would help to get rid of the fake plants in the rooms"
