Pacific Tradewinds is located on east Oahu along beautiful Kaneohe Bay with breathtaking views of the bay, ocean, and mountains. If you've never stayed on this natural, scenic, and serene part of the island, you don't know what you're missing. The area is tailor-made for getting away from the hustle and bustle and be connected with family and friends.

This villa is a stunning contemporary luxury home complete with a POOL, hot tub, and fire pit lounge in a very private setting (no other units/homes on the property with only one adjacent neighbor - the amenities are all yours!). The five-bedroom four-bathroom home was expanded and completely remodeled in mid-2013 into a five-star luxury perfection! With high-end furnishings including Subzero, Miele, Grohe, and Bosch (gas burner) appliances in the kitchen along with stainless details and custom tile/stonework inside and out, no expense was spared. All furnishings were designer hand-picked and coordinated throughout. The entire house and surroundings were designed to capitalize on the peace, beauty, and natural “zen” of the property. From the moment you pass through the secure gated entry, you are greeted by a custom driveway and lush landscaping leading you back to the spectacular island views.

Spend time with your family and friends in the heated pool, twelve-person jetted spa or on the custom IPE deck while taking in the picturesque views of the open skies, ocean, and mountains. Dine al fresco or under the covered lanai areas surrounded by propane Tiki torches that create a warm and intimate atmosphere. Have a glass of wine and enjoy beautiful conversations under the moonlit night alongside the copper fire pit (gas) with lounge seating for 12. While inside the home, enjoy complete comfort with central air conditioning, 7 HDTV's (including an all-weather outdoor TV), high-speed WIFI, gate/property security intercom/cameras, and a beautiful wet bar. Every room in the house has beautiful ocean and mountain views and three of the rooms have private lanais!

Beautiful Gathering Spot

The house comfortably held our nine family members. The pool was a HUGE hit with the grandkids. The gorgeous, quiet sunrises and tiki torch evenings outside made lasting memories. The house had everything we needed to prepare for and attend a wedding. It had great beach equipment to use. We found everything to be as advertised and were so pleased to share this beautiful home. Highly recommend.

50th Anniversary Family Celebration

What a beautiful place to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our family. There were 14 of us, 8 adults and 6 children (ages 21 months to 15 yrs.). It was like having our own little paradise. The view of the bay and mountains was spectacular, and the house is surrounded with so many different tropical plants. Amenities were well-supplied. We especially loved the pool, hot tub, and fire pit which we used every day. Thank you for sharing this beautiful house.

Hawaiian 50th birthday!!

We stayed at this beautiful home to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday and it was PERFECT!! We had 12 people including 3 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the pool and fire pit and the adults loved the hot tub! The views from the house are amazing - pictures don’t do them justice. The house was well stocked with pool floats and beach gear (wagon, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas), too. Cedric was so helpful during our stay. He met us at the house to show us around and how to use the hot tub, fire pit, etc. We had a couple questions during our stay and he was very responsive. He is so friendly! Thank you for the trip of a lifetime!

Beautiful view on the tropical side of the island. The house was a little smaller then I expected, according to the pictures. Very happy the pool and Jacuzzi were in great working order.! The house is very well supplied with beach towels and shower towels.

Hawaii wedding

Overall the property was great and Cedric was extremely attentive and easy with communication. The AC was out in some of the bedrooms which did make it a bit uncomfortable but Cedric did his best by providing extra fans. The lay out of the house was not what we anticipated and I think somewhat difficult to understand from the listing. The house is basically three levels with more stairs than we thought which was a bit difficult because our elderly parents were with us. The lower level is 5-6 steps down from the main level and the ensuite bed & bath on this level has a shower over a tub. The upstairs has one ensuite bedroom/bathroom with a walk in shower and then three other bedrooms with one bath shower over a tub off the hallway. The forth bathroom is actually outside off the patio, just outside the lower level bedroom. So to access the forth bath, one must go outside. Additionally there is an outside shower. The kitchen is very well appointed and there is a great outside grill. We cooked many meals and enjoyed sitting at the large table outside. The view is fabulous. The house was very comfortable for our group of 6 ages 92 to 26, plus a handful of visitors who stopped in for dinner or to swim. Some things are showing a bit of wear such as the wheels on many of the outside dining chairs were broken and mattresses are soft. There is no access to the bay and no good place to go for a walk from the property. The location did work out great for us as we were in town for a wedding and it was close to our future daughter in law's family and the various wedding event locations. Shopping is very close and Kailua beach is only about 15 minutes away.

Paradise family vacation

This property is truly Paradise!! I don't have any idea how it could have been better! The house was fully equipped with anything you could possibly need---the kitchen/dining had more dishes/glasses, etc than you could possibly use. We had 6 adults and 5 children ages 1 1/2 to 6 and it was great. The property manager was excellent as well--very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. I would come back in a heartbeat!!

Great house!

This was a great house for our family on our vacation to Oahu. I don't have a lot to add on top of the other good reviews. One thing that I didn't see mentioned in the description or reviews is that the house is furnished with pool toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, and snorkeling gear!

Excellent Stay

Myself and six other adults stayed at this property for our annual business retreat and it was perfect. The house was a great size, had all the amenities we needed and the backyard was a very fun hang out spot. Cedric was excellent to work with and helped us with anything we needed. Paradise with a view

This place was amazing! We had a large family gathering people coming in from everywhere. 11 adults and 4 kids stayed at this home. I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s ideal for family gatherings. The pool is amazing, the view is stunning, we loved the fire pit at night. If you are on the fence trust me lock it in you won’t regret it.

Family house for our wedding

We very much enjoyed our stay at the house. The house, for the most part, was accurately displayed. The house keeper, Cedric, was very nice, flexible and accommodating. The property managers were very accommodating and flexible to our requests for guests to visit and stay at the house. They were very responsive. The view from the pool was amazing and everything was thought through thoroughly to ensure their guests had a great time at the house (ie fire pit, outdoor shower, etc). My only complaints are: 1) the gate to get into the house was finicky and the sensors were not great. So we had to really rush our car in and out to make sure the gate didn’t close on us. 2) one of the bedrooms was advertised as two twin beds that converted to a king bed. That was not true since the two twin beds were different heights and pushing the two beds to make one bed was not ideal. Also, the duvet on the bed was dirty upon arrival but the property manager fixed that quickly. Overall I would highly recommend this location for families.

Fantastic house for a large group

I stayed here with 10 family members and it was a perfect place. It had all the amenities we needed for cooking meals and having fun at the pool. It even has a nice outdoor covered dining table near the bbq grill along with an outdoor TV for having some nice outdoor meals. The view was beautiful and we could see the sunrise every morning. This side of the island does get some weather so he prepared for some wind and showers during the rainy season. But it was always warm enough even for tank tops in December when we stayed. The property manager was also very nice and easy to reach for any questions. Overall an awesome place that we hope to stay at again in the future!

Wonderful stay in Oahu

This home was amazing! It had everything our group needed ranging from 2 years old to 77 years old. There's plenty of room to have space to relax and come together and fellowship as a group. We took advantage of everything it had to offer from time in the pool, hot tub, sitting around the fire pit, and having family dinners or breakfast on the lanai.

Oahu Oasis

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. There were six of us - three generations. We all enjoyed the pool and the amazing vistas. We were even able to watch the Blue Angels practice for their air show! The home is lovely, comfortable and well stocked. When we had an issue with the AC, Cedric resolved it immediately. We would certainly highly recommend this wonderful home.

It’s too bad I wasn’t able to give this house a 6 star rating because that’s what it deserved. They had everything you could possibly want or need. Our group included 7 & 5 year old grandchildren and there were plenty of pool toys and floaties to keep them entertained. The house is very spacious, the outdoor grounds are very spacious and the outdoor amenities are first class. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice.

Gift of doing NOTHING Together..

Oh MY GOSH this place is stunning, lots of space for our family of 8, ages 18-75. The pool was so relaxing, the house was spacious and clean. Cedric the caretaker met us at the home when we arrived. Showed us around and went over everything. The next day he brought Hawaiian pastries for our family. Karen at Rental Advisors answered my many questions before our arrival. I highly recommend reserving this house for a relaxing time with friends & family. It's like being home away from home. Cheers & Blessings.
