The hotel small enough so you're not having to go through the entire casino to get to your room. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The few staff members I did encounter were pleasant and helpful.

The room looked like it had not been touched in years. The room was full of dust…the furniture, baseboards and curtains all were seriously dusty. The bathroom vanity was also dusty but also stained and discolored. This was the worst room I’ve ever seen on the Strip.

Check in process is terrible. If you want to check in 15 min early to avoid line they want to charge you 20 bucks. So checked in 15 min after 4 and room was ready this was all through the stupid kiosk. So then had to go stand in line with actual people. That took 1/2 hour and then got room. Not good customer sevice at all
