The room looked like it had not been touched in years. The room was full of dust…the furniture, baseboards and curtains all were seriously dusty. The bathroom vanity was also dusty but also stained and discolored. This was the worst room I’ve ever seen on the Strip.

It was checking in and i went to the front desk to talk to a real person. And the lady tried directing me to the kiosk. Im like well im right here. She was not friendly at all. Then just pointed toward the resort tower. I also got the high roller view but it was nowhere to be seen. I had a horrible view. Also the vent fan in my bathroom didnt work. I will definitely be staying elsewhere next year. The bar staff was very friendly though. I would definitely come back through for some gambling food and drinks. But i will book somewhere else

The pool was closed early for the season and the temperatures were in the mid to high 80s while we were there it made no sense. We were not given the view of the places we were told we would be getting views of in our rooms we had views of rooftops and parking lots. The most positive thing I have to say is the housekeeping staff was exceptional for what they were up against

My only concern that the mini fridge wasn’t working at all, no microwave or accommodation of small area in your hotel room that has coffee or tea ,a small kettle for hot beverages.everything else was pleasant would definitely highly recommend anyone and everyone to visit. Check in for 4 but our room wasn’t ready so had to wait extra 30 mins, our room keys didn’t work for our room so another 40 mins to wait for security to let us in our room & had to go back down to get into the room it was over 2 hours to get into our room with everything all said and done

room was ok if sleeping is all u’ll do. went to the casino at night and accumulated enough points for a $90 free play but none of the staff i asked was not able to help me how to acquire them. 2 days later i was able to speak to one of the cashier and she told me. paid extra for the bellagio fountain view but was not told they were being blocked by construction for the F1 (this was our first time, so we had no idea). our room was a little run down. bathroom set up was ok but the cabinets looked like grandma’s old house. our stay was not bad but will probably wont stay here again. you can smell the smokes from the elevator. like i said, experience was “ok” nothing blew our mind.

We had 2 rooms booked one room has constant cleaner access, the 2nd room the cleaner only came up to clean the sheet , leave clean towels and toilet paper when we placed a complaint call. There was no laundry facilities available. The restrooms on the gaming floor was very clean, the wait staff on the gaming floor were also very friendly.
