It was checking in and i went to the front desk to talk to a real person. And the lady tried directing me to the kiosk. Im like well im right here. She was not friendly at all. Then just pointed toward the resort tower. I also got the high roller view but it was nowhere to be seen. I had a horrible view. Also the vent fan in my bathroom didnt work. I will definitely be staying elsewhere next year. The bar staff was very friendly though. I would definitely come back through for some gambling food and drinks. But i will book somewhere else

Epic fail with “Express Check in”.

Great hotel EXCEPT CHECKIN was a true NIGHTMARE even with “Express Check In”. NOTHING EXPRESS about it! We stood in a HUGE line waiting for a kiosk to use a QR code and get our key and room assignment. They must do better with checkin and look up the definition of the word “Express”. Our business partners stayed at the Paris and walked right up to a kiosk and had a true express checkin! The process was less than 5 minutes at the Paris! Good job Paris. Learn from your neighbor, Horseshoe. I have stayed many times when it was Ballys. Horseshoe failed in this category miserably and that is sad because every other aspect of the Horseshoe was great!

Check in was a joke literally 2 people clearks the line was only three long and it took almost 40 min to get my keys! Pool was closed! I paid for the fountain view What a joke not only could you not see them they are blocked due to the F1 stands! probably a couple things that should be made aware of before you book! shame on Horseshoe and Hotels!
