We had an amazing time with my family. The suites at the Signature section of the MGM are fantastic, very private, and spacious. The pools at the resort are amazing, including a lazy river. We will come back in the future.

I had an okay experience at this hotel. The amenities were good, and the staff was accommodating. However, there was a lot of dust around the room, which was a bit off-putting. Overall, it was decent but could be improved with a bit more attention to cleanliness.

When we arrived I wasn’t aware that housekeeping wouldn’t be offer since it was a third party booking. And when I asked for housekeeping I couldn’t get a hold of the owner to get the housekeeping done. Since we did stay more than 2 days. I did tried messaging on the site but got no response.but overall the room was amazing. View was beautiful.

The room itself was lovely, with plenty of space and wonderful views. The only problem was that housekeeping IS NOT associated with the MGM hotel itself. It’s a private residence rented through an arrangement with Expedia. We spend a good portion of our stay trying to find a way to get more towels, but never did. I can’t imagine what would have happened if we’d had a more significant need. It’s a great room, but you’re basically on your own if you need anything.

Dirty room and absolutely no help from hotel or staff or Expedia. Had to get a different hotel entirely and lost all of the money because the owner suite we rented couldn’t be cleaned for some reason and they gave us no contact details. Please just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I mean this - it isn’t worth it.
