Upon entering the first time we felt right at home. The management, cleanliness, location, views, easy access to the beach (resort and restaurants also) as well as the well-equipped kitchen were all above expectations. We highly recommend this property.

This space was perfect for our family of four. The proximity to the beach and the fun adventures around Kauai made for the perfect vacation. The VRBO was fully furnished with everything we needed and plenty of space to relax.

Ideal Lihue location

Generously sized condo was perfect for the family. Proximity to a great beach is a plus. Close to Lawai Fish Market which is my favorite place to get food to grill or serve at the condo. The condo was appropriately stocked with all the utensils and dishes needed to make at home meals. We had to purchase our own bar soap but that is a preference and not necessarily a demerit.

Great location!!

We stayed here for our Thanksgiving week holiday thanks to our daughter who was playing in a volleyball tournament at Kalapakī Beach. The location could not have been better! AMAZING oceanfront view of Kalapaki Beach and the bay. We basically lived on the oceanfront balcony. The condo was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed! It is literally a 4 minute walk down to the beach thanks to the cliffside elevator. There was also a great walk/hike along the cliffs across a golf course out to the lighthouse. The property manager was very attentive and had a new toaster oven for us when I mentioned that the original one was broken. We will most definitely return and stay here again next year for the annual beach vball tournament!

Great location

Four of us arrived before the rest of our 18 person family group, so needed a smaller place to stay to relax. This location was perfect for the four of us. Clean and walking distance to the beach and close to the airport to pickup the later arriving family member.

A great week!

This was a wonderful property with great views overlooking the water and a rainbow or two nearly every morning. It was also very close to everything one would need for a week long stay. It was also very well stocked with anything we might have needed with the sole exception of beach chairs.

Great Stay

The property was very clean, with a wonderful location. Very easy to get to the beach and lots of water/ beach activities to view from the deck. We were very pleased that our deck had a roof so we could stay outside no matter how much it rained. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. The kitchen has everything a cook might want and more!

Kalapaki Beach Condo

This is one of the best 2 bedroom condos we have stayed in while in Kauai. We loved the location on Kalapaki Beach. The condo had most every thing we needed—from linens to towels to kitchen utensils.

Location for the island was perfect. Quiet and easy to find I was not aware of the 15 steps which might be a problem for some people. They may want to include that in the listing. We had a few questions and they were answered immediately.

wonderful vacation get away

This was a great spot and location for our group. We had plenty of time relaxing on the beach below and swimming next to sea turtles, which were also visible from the balcony. Easy access to North and South shore.... less travel time given the location of this rental. We would all choose this place again. Mahalo

Great place, location, and views!

My family stayed here. This home was perfect for them. Everyone had their own bathroom and the living space was homey. The balcony has an amazing view of Kalapaki Bay and is just a close walk to the beach and other shops. The hosts were incredibly easy to work with and very communicative. Would highly recommend this place.

Loved the space!

Brought my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 older teens). We love the condo and how close it was to everything. A short walk to a great beach for swimming, kayaking, etc, right next to the Marriott resort. We had everything we needed at the condo and more. Fantastic view and the beds were super comfortable! Thanks!

Nice Place--No Marriott Access

We really liked the house, but we had family at the Marriott and were hoping to also be able to use the pool, gym, beach chairs. Marriott would not let us, stating that this was due to COVID. We loved the house but were very disappointed and frustrated to be kicked out of the Marriott facilities. The house is a 5, but with the difficulty in trying to meet with different staff at the Marriott and messaging the owner without a response, my overall rating is dropped to a 3.
