Check in was simple, the room was adequate, though it was missing rolls of toilet paper but the staff took care of it quickly when i asked for it. One downfall was the horribly loud drilling noise and talking a crew was making outside my room door three hours prior to my check out. I complained to the staff at reception but the crew kept going for another 20 minutes. It was disappointing to know that the hotel did not schedule maintenance crews to work between check-out and check-in times to avoid disturbing clients

Location: On Daytona beach, great location. Grocery store, IHOP, and Beach store across the street. Beautiful view of the beach!! Amenities: Great!! Has many pools including an indoor heated pool and tiki bar. Service: Poor. Room was Not ready at check in at 4pm. I had to wait 2 hours until 6pm to get a key to my room. I requested additional towels the next morning at 8am and at noon, I had to grab towels myself from the laundry cart. Parking: Awful, not enough parking. Overflow parking lot is across the “Resort” which is a heavily trafficked street. Building: Old, some areas need more cleaning. They had 2 elevators for our building and one Elevator was broken. Rooms: I stayed in an Ocean View Kid Suit. The room was clean and Nicely remodeled on the inside. The price was reasonable as well. As the saying goes “You get what you pay for”

We really enjoyed our kids suite room. Property needs some work (i think that they are in the process of that) but over all we really enjoyed staying here and the price is great.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the resort was and much bigger than expected. The staff at the front desk was awesome. They still have some damaged area out front (waters edge) that needs repair. My only real complaint was that they never had enough towels at the pools.
