There were no towels in the pool area, twice. And the emergency phone was missing so I could not contact the front desk to ask for towels. Had to walk back to the room and take the elevator soaking wet. Not appropriate. You would think that the towels would be restocked in the morning before the pool opened. Nope. Had to flag down two separate house keeping staff before I could get a towel. First staff member told me to wait a moment, left for 5 minutes and then came back to continue vacuuming without helping me. VERY concerned about the lack of telephone in the pool area. Surely that is not even legal. There was a convenient sign that said "pick up handset" but the handset was absent. What if someone was in distress? I don't take my personal phone to the pool usually but I guess I will from now on if staying at the Marriot. Embarrassing to have to walk through the hotel soaking wet.

L'acceuil fut fait froidement par le commis. Endroit très propre, a proximité de nombreux attraits touristiques. Mais un point que l'hotel ne controle pas, c'est les interminanle problème de circulation, qui est endémique à Montréal.

They charge for parking, even though there is nothing in the area that would require you to park there. Other hotels down the block offer free parking. Bed sheets are rough, not comfortable for sleeping.

I loved the room. Its spacious and they helped me with my request. However simple stuff such as accurately giving us/doing what we have requested for housekeeping, was frustrating. First, we asked for 3 dental kits on the app and the staff only provided us 1. It wasnt a big deal for us that moment since we were provides a second 1 right after by the same staff. The second 1 was our request o have our garbage bin in the washroom to be emptied. It wasnt done. I actually called the fromt desk about it. For the amount we have paid even for a day, we were hoping for a free breakfast just as we have one from our previous hotels. But all in all the front desk were friendly
