2.Luggage Drop-Off: Luggage drop-off is permitted only before the check-in time and not after the check-out time.

4. Pet Policy đŸ Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay and an additional fee. Notify us in advance.
5. Quiet Hours đ€« Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Letâs respect our neighbors.
6. No Parties or Events đâ Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
7. Security & Valuables đ Secure all windows and doors when leaving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
8. Use of Appliances & Amenities âïž Use all appliances responsibly. Report any issues, and weâll take care of them!
9. Climate Control đĄïž Use heating and air conditioning responsibly to avoid excessive energy use.
10. Cleanliness đ§č Keep the property tidy. Excessive messes may incur extra cleaning fees.
11. Respect for Property đĄ Treat the home with care. Damages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs.

14. Smoke Alarms & Fire Safety đš Smoke alarms are essential safety devices and must not be disabled, covered, removed, or tampered with for any reason. This includes removing batteries, covering alarms to prevent activation, or interfering with them in any way.
Any tampering, misuse causing a false alarm, or intentional disabling of a smoke alarm will result in a $500 penalty, plus any additional costs incurred (including building fines, fire department charges, or maintenance repairs). Continued violations may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund, in line with house rules and platform policies.

Great location. Within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The host was available and replied quickly to my messages. Would stay there again
Great 2-bedroon apartment for our 2 couples that stayed there for a weekend in Montreal. Lots of shopping, Bell Centre, great restaurants, and other amenities within. 5-20 min walk depending what you need. Host was very helpful and quick to respond. Beds were super comfortable and the apartment was very clean and tidy. Thanks so much for a great stay!
Our visit started out really well. Lovely apartment, great neighborhood, easy check-in.We did wonder what was up with the car parked in our "free parking space." "It's OK," said the property manager. "Go to the paid lot and I'll reimburse you. And I'll get that space freed up pronto!"What about the open trash on the fire escape, right outside the living room door. "Really? We'll look into that right away," said the property manager.Ooooh, there's a mouse in the house! Bet he's enjoying the trash feast. "Thanks, we'll work on that," said the property manager.Hey, is EVERY bathroom fixture actually falling off the wall? "Um, thanks for telling us."We checked out three days later. Paid for our own parking. Before we left, we saw our mouse friend again. Throughout our stay, we tried to ignore the trash still on the fire escape.After we got home, the property managers offered us a partial refund. Said explicitly that they REALLY didn't want us to leave a bad review. How nice. Right?Except there was no refund. Not even for the parking.In fact, over the next two weeks, the property manager literally promised us on 7 separate days, "I'll get back to you by the end of the day" about a refund.Never happened.I don't like leaving negative reviews. But I REALLY don't like being misled and lied to.What a wildly disappointing experience. Would not recommend this property or property manager to others.
