My room was not clean, floors dirty, bathroom had hair all over the place. The kitchenette was very outdated and dirty. Elevators were getting stuck. The only thing I like about our room was the view

I wouldnt stay here again. Their lazy river eas never open. It smelled like cat poop all over the walk to the beach. Didnt get room keys until after 8pm.

The interior of the room was bad. I have pictures if you’d like them. There was mold under the sink on the trim. There was an electrical cord spliced with tape. The flooring was a plank style that had gaps between the pieces in the bathroom.

The view of the ocean from the lobby was great. But you should check out the facility befor you advertise it. The clerk would not have stayed there. She said that she couldn't guarantee how the room wouldbe to my liking. Terrible.

Absolutely the worst place I have steyed in in over 40 years The tv did not work properly. The shower sprayed on the ceiling and across the room and the toilet only worked sometimes.The bathroom was filthy. The stove was a mess and didn't work properly. There was coffee but no coffee maker There were 2 plates and 2 forks but no other utensils and no pots or pans All furnishings including the bed were dated and uncomfortable.A musty smell permeated everywhere.

This hotel was nothing like it was representing through the website. The room was horrible carpet ripped up walls cracked when we got there our room was dirty. They gave us a half a roll of toilet paper decaf coffee only with no coffee filters. We had a kitchenette they had no utensils no bowls, no pots and pans to provide us for the kitchenette. Our balcony was so beat up the floor was falling through the balcony. The lazy river was open with dirty diapers at the bottom of it deflated inner tubes so you couldn’t even use it if you wanted to cockroaches the size of my pointer finger everywhere they talk all this great talk about the bar and restaurant. The ice machine was broken so when we got to the bar, the bartender said he could make us drinks, but he had no ice, but he also only had like three bottles of liquor to offer couldn’t offer hardly any drinks off of the menu they didn’t have half of the menu for the food. It was basically just wings and burgers that you could order. They had three hot tubs total none of them were cleaned or working and they kept 100 and only refunded the 25 but when we got to the hotel, the front receptionist told me we had to pay $125 and that they would only be refunding the 25 when I had already paid my full price for my hotel for the weekend through Expedia I have never been more disappointedand our phones in the hotel room didn’t even have a dialtone so you had to walk down to the front desk to just get a rude snobby answer of no

Needed a last minute hotel due to flight cancellation. Convenient location to airport on the beach with beautiful views. Hallways, elevators are in need of repair/updating but room was very nice except for balcony which had peeling paint and no chairs. Tavar at the frint desk was extremely helpful and kind. Just what we needed considering our situation!

Nice hotel for a family stay in Myrtle Beach!

We had a great stay and plan to book again in the future! The onlynissue we had was the room photo shown on the website was different that the room we got which was a little disappointing. But over all the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the view was lovely from our balcony.

Didn’t like tht the indoor pool wasn’t clean or the spa, it wasn’t really hot either. Most of it was closed and it’s the only reason I chose it for my kids to play in. Staff was very nice and it was quiet for the most part

Could have been better

Arrived to find rooms could be updated, blow dryer in room broken, heated pools were not heated(apparently heater broke), unable to receive enough towels for the stay, trash must only be picked up occasionally, the area near elevator had trash and used towels piled up for two days, balcony door could not be secured, one of the elevators broke fixed 2 days into the stay, tub faucet was not secure, found hair on the plates in the kitchenette bed was hard and did not have appropriate bed springs(queen bed springs with a king mattress)
