Overall I was not happy with my week long stay. The microwave did not work, The stove did not work. Despite my reporting this to the front desk several times. \Nothing was done

The only thing I didn't like is that there weren't very many taxis that come down that exact street you would have to walk to the next corner or the next block which makes it small inconvenience of getting where you need to go quickly.

The room AC was great! The beds were fairly comfortable, although the pillows were a bit, meh. But overall, great value for the money and exactly where we wanted to be!

Dear Anonymous, Candlewood Suites hotels do not offer breakfast as we provide kitchens in our rooms. We have partnered with an outside company for room service delivery so we hope you took advantage!

The propery was fine except that the toilet was not in operation. Flushing only produced overflow. So we checked in after midnight (after a 20 hour trip), and upon using the toilet once, had to sleep in an unsanitary atmosphere. The next moring I told the fromt desk who informed me they would fix it after we left. Thanks, I said. "You're welcome". After I walked to a bar to ose the rest room, upon my return I was given a free coffee. That's nice, but the cleaning staff should have notified maintenance that the toilet wasnt operating before they sold us the room. Why do we have to be the ones to suffer?

Great hotel in the City

Easy walking distance to Time Square, Broadway, Rockefeller ctr and more. Transit just around the corner if you want to explore other areas. Rooms are small, but it is NYC and you get a rare, well-stocked kitchenette w/stove, fridge, microwave. Staff is responsive and polite. Facilities are clean and updated. Will stay here again!
