Disappointed with our recent stay. We called weeks ahead to confirm early arrival for our group of 4 women and booked a large suite with a balcony and pull-out sofa. When we arrived at 10 AM, the front desk told us to wait for a text when our room was ready. After walking around for hours, I returned at 4 PM only to be told our room wasn’t available because a guest had extended their stay. We also found out the morning staff never actually checked us in, so we had waited all day for nothing. We were eventually given two small rooms with no balconies — not what we reserved. One fridge had leftover Thai food from the previous guests, and I was later charged over $200 in bar fees, possibly from a prior stay. The pool was dirty with trash and used cups everywhere. Curtains had stains. There was also major miscommunication about the nightclub. We were told to come at 10 PM for a stamp, but when we arrived, staff told us to come back later. By then, the line was wrapped around the building, and we missed our chance. Overall, poor communication and lack of cleanliness really ruined what was supposed to be a fun girls’ trip. Not worth the price or the stress.

We had a lovely stay overall, and one of the highlights was the pool attendant on Sunday morning between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she was truly amazing. Her kindness and attentiveness made our day—she went out of her way to help us find a life jacket for our little one, who doesn’t know how to swim, and we had forgotten his back home in Boston. Her thoughtfulness and professionalism stood out, and we’re so grateful for her help. The only downside of our experience was during check-in. The staff member who assisted us did not provide complete information regarding parking. As a result, we encountered some confusion and frustration on Monday when trying to pay for parking. Clearer communication at check-in would have made the experience much smoother. Despite that issue, we appreciate the overall service and especially want to thank the exceptional pool attendant for going above and beyond.

It was a unique boutique experience which is exactly what we wanted. Only minor complaint was the drapes didn't cover up the windows quite enough to prevent the sunlight - even some type of clips or magnets to keep the curtains closed together would have been sufficient. Otherwise, great stay!

I’ve stayed here a few times. The staff is always chill and relaxed, I love that. A cute hotel for a night in the city with friends. The pool looked great but I didn’t get in. I will be back!

Housekeeping kept entering our room even after repeated notification not to service our room for personal privacy. Front desk staff offered no real solution other than apologies each time we told them no service was required prior to starting our stay and during our stay.

Messed up my reservation. They did their best to accommodate but for the price it’s pretty unacceptable. Place is ok. Trendy style but a little worn down. Room however was great. Comfortable bed great shower!
