We were in town for the weekend only and had a terrible first night because a couple on the floor above us argued loudly for literally 5 hours between midnight and 5 am. No hotel staff intervened. We were exhausted from our 10pm arrival and had to endure this domestic dispute without interruption. Other than that, the facilities, ameneties were fine. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, though.

Property was pretty centrally located and in walking distance to most things including UN, grand central station, and more. Rooms were not huge, but spacious enough. Concierge and cleaning crew were great.

Like everything in New York room is small for price, 2 full size beds, no microwave, but rooms were kept clean, staff friendly, complimentary drink. Held our baggage til our driver arrived. Overall would stay again, location was 15 minutes walking from Time Square, definite plus!

Overall the experience was Meh at best. The hotel reception is not located on street level, giving it a youth hostel feel. The cleaning in common areas was below par. Room amenities did not work -- coffee machine broken and shower drain clogged. and the concept of having workout equipment in a tiny room during a pandemic is ludicrous. who would touch that equipment??? how often is it disinfected. Yuck!
