The staff was helpful and pleasant. The room was good size and fairly well appointed but the lighting was way too dark for my wife to apply her makeup and the bed desperately needs to be replaced. Extremely lumpy and slopes to the middle. No restful sleep at all. Will definitely stay again but in a room with a better bed.

Room was so nice and very spacious!! Our room had a living area with sofa, chairs and large glasss coffee table. Standard size bathroom and large bed area with a 4 chair dining table. There was a long entry hall way with very large walk-in closet with drawers and a small kitchen area (sink, standing fridge and microwave stocked with dishes). Staff was super nice! Shout out to Jimmy the bellman who was super kind!! Location was awesome too! Will definitely say again!!

Amazing space for our family at a great price. We had a two bedroom suite and it was perfect and super comfortable. The location couldn’t be better to walk to MOMA, Centeal Park and shopping. Subways close as well. Highly recommend and would stay again for sure!

The room was clean, and the hotel cleaning crew was wonderful. We would especially like to recognize the gentleman at the front desk during evening/night shifts. I can't recall his name, but we had a couple of minor problems that he rectified immediately. during our stay. He was very friendly, caring, and professional. He assisted us during check out on the early morning (about 5 am) on December 6th. We give him 5 stars!

The room was vintage gone very wrong. Peeling paint, broken moulding and blinds. The carpet must have been original. For the premium price we paid for 5 star it felt like rural someplace above the dime store.
