This house was a great aspect of our week in Niagara Falls. The owner was very responsive and check in was a breeze. She regularly messaged with suggestions and great hospitality, making herself available to be of help in any way she could. The location is great, we were able to walk to everything and it was great to have a parking spot right at the house. The house had everything we could need in the kitchen, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed playing some of the games we found. We would recommend this property!

Initially I was a bit surprised by the size of the rooms compared to online photos, but the apps are designed that way. It only took moments to see the charm of this house. Many original features still in place and the upgrades made it easy to feel we were at home.The comfort of separate bedrooms gave us privacy a hotel does not allow.Our host was attentive and personable. A hand written note upon arrival shows genuine concern for her guests. I will definitely make use of these services for our next family trip.

Very convenient, very cozy home! My family of 5 had plenty of room to relax. The home is very clean and well stocked with all bathroom and kitchen necessities. Nancy's house was perfect for our 3-day vacation to Niagara Falls with our 3 grandchildren. Two full bathrooms (one upstairs with a tub/ shower and one downstairs with a small step-in shower) was ideal for the 5 of us. Everything was immaculately clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen well-stocked with dishware, flatware, and even an electric kettle. The house is a short walk to the Ramada Hotel WEGO/City Bus transfer stop. (Which we found to be very convenient). The street itself is not the prettiest, but we felt safe, and Nancy's backyard is pretty and well-maintained. Nancy answered all my questions in a very timely manner. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great location very thoughtful and pleasant host. stairs may be steep for some individuals. Bedrooms are lovely and it is great to have two bathrooms with shower. perfect location and is extremely convenient to walk to all major water fall attractions, so nice to have air conditioning but the air registers were a bit difficult to adjust.

Great location to walk to the falls and surrounding area. No need for a vehicle. Clean and well kept, no issues at all. I would recommend staying here is you’re looking for a place where you don’t have to drive or pay for parking at the falls. There are also several restaurants and stores within a very short drive of you want to get out of the expensive tourist area.
