Awful. Awful. Awful. Please do not book this hotel. I want to give this hotel some love but I just can’t. Booked for the pool and the balcony. The pool was covered in slime and the balcony was bolted shut. Parking out back only available when staff was available to let you in and out. Old furniture and trash out back as well. We communicated with the staff about moving and after day two we were offered a room in another property they owned however we had already booked another property. No refund. We paid for 14 days and only used 1.5 days. Multiple requests to speak to the owner directly, both in writing and verbally. NO RESPONSE. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! I’m a flight attendant, and I would not wish this property for my passengers or my friends.

Quiet, comfortable, and right beside 5th

The experience was fantastic! The nights are very quiet and cozy here but the best part is that you're only a few steps away from 5th. Feels like a mini resort in the middle of the action!

Never in my life have I stayed in such a horrible dump — holes in the doors, mold in the bathroom, no hot water for the first three days, countless mosquitoes, bare light bulbs hanging from wires, and no working lights in the main room. On top of that, for over a week during my stay, there was heavy construction noise right behind my room starting at 8:30 AM and going on until late evening — so loud it was impossible to sleep or even stay in the room in the morning. That said, I have to mention the location is very convenient — just 100 meters from Fifth Avenue — and the staff was relatively friendly and didn’t cause me any particular issues. Even though the sheets and towels looked unwashed, there was no shampoo in the toilet, and no soap shelf in the shower room. In conclusion, if you’re looking for something cheap and don’t care about the quality of your stay, you can go ahead and choose this hotel. But if you want something even slightly better, don’t try to save a few bucks — it’s not worth it.

You get what you pay for. I stayed here with my sister for seven nights and it was perfect for the price and what we needed. It is located in a good area close to 5th avenue. Parking was free and secure. Our room was clean. There are very few amenities. Only hand soap is provided. The rooms are older, but the pictures match the current state of the hotel. Again this is not fancy or luxurious at all, but the price and location it was perfect for my vacation

DANGER! BLACK MOLD!

A picture is worth a thousand words so here’s a few thousand words in pictures! Nothing is perfect and I can live with some imperfections, but this place is criminal. My first impression was the pool. As you can see in the photos it was dirty and I wouldn’t put my foot inside. Then I headed to the room where there is a giant and dangerous hole right outside of the door. It looks like the ground is sinking. Inside of the room there was mold on the walls, ceiling, and on the mattress. I always check the mattresses for bed bugs and such, but what I found was black mold all over the mattress. The smell of mold was apparent in the room. I think the problem is that the mattress sits on a cement block and has no way to breathe; this is a problem in humid climates. I told the employee at the front desk about this and he said they would move me if they could, but they were sold out. I asked if he could guarantee that the other rooms didn’t have mold and he said he could not. The employee asked me to send him the pictures I showed him on my phone of the mold and I did. I thought this was odd because he could just walk into the room and take all of the photos he wanted. I suggested to him that he should go take a look for himself. I told him I was leaving and asked for a refund. The employee told me that he couldn’t do anything, but he would speak to management and get back to me. It’s been several weeks and I still have not heard back.

The hotel is under new management I had stayed at it before and it was a disaster. this time, everything had changed. The wifi worked, and the staff was helpful and friendly. It all went well from my check-in with a young lady named Lorena. She was welcoming and understood my reluctance, but was reassuring, and she was right. I would stay again
