The resort was spotless , very friendly staff and a very kid friendly resort ! The ocean water was a dark brown the entire two weeks we were there , that was the only issue !
This was the color of the ocean here , otherwise the resort was good

The resort presents a visually appealing appearance, with beautifully landscaped grounds and attractive architecture. The staff members were exceptionally helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms were meticulously maintained and spotless, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, despite these positives, the overall experience was disappointing. The food quality and variety were particularly lacking; the menus offered very limited options daily, with repetitive dishes that failed to meet expectations. Additionally, guests often had to wait in long lines to receive their meals, which detracted from the overall enjoyment of the stay. Having visited Mexico numerous times, we found this to be the first occasion where the food offerings were so unsatisfactory and monotonous.

Eric, front desk was as helpful as he could be, especially after our reservation was not properly transferred from expedia, resulting in us NOT being listed as all inclusive. Got into a room early, however as time went on realized we were constantly hearing what sounded like furniture being dragged back and forth. All day and night. Had to wear ear plugs just to try to sleep through it. Come to find out our room was directly above the buffet which is open basically all day and when not opened, being cleaned. Sounds were especially bad in the 1, 3, and 4-530ish AM hours. Otherwise, room was nice and was kept very clean. As for the advertised kids activities, pretty disappointing. My kids (8 year old twins) were kicked out of the trampoline area by a worker stating that they were too tall. He forced them out and made them stand against a ruler which was ridiculous. They are average sized 8 year olds, if anything maybe smaller than kids their age, yet somehow too tall? They were embarrassed as of they had done something wrong which they absolutely didn't and devastated because the trampoline area was a big reason we booked here. There was also supposed to be an area with air hockey and foosball. This room was empty, with only 1 foosball table. Gaming area advertised 7-8 screens. There were only 3, with each only allowed 1 controller. Area was not air conditioned and chairs were dirty. More disappointments as well but made the best of it as a family. Likely won't return.

The property is scheming it’s two different listings on Expedia, not clear on all inclusive or not, the front desk was very unhelpful. Its an all inclusive resort so we were under the impression that it was all inclusive, but once we got to the property they wouldn’t allow us to change the booking or anything and we had to pay an extra 300 per person to just add all inclusive. We spent two hours in the lobby trying to get this handled, Expedia was no help either. Then the resort was very empty and the lobby smelled. The showers are all glass and open so if your staying with family like we were you have to leave the room just so they can shower. The resort on the other hand was very beautiful and the staff was amazing especially Domingo and Angel. The food throughout the whole resort was also delicious on top of having all top shelf liquor which was amazing.

Getting there was bumpy due to the city road but man this place is beautiful and you forgot all about that and transform into a different world. They have everything you need right there to enjoy your time and peace.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sensira resort. The team and staff were excellent and very welcoming. Some of the facilities were out of service. The mini golf looked as it under maintenance. The cinema room was a bit dirty most of the day and the popcorn machine was broken. As for the food, it was on the lower average. The bar next to the beach had some nice bar food. The Italian place had awful pizza. Although they make it there, it was raw in the middle and with too much cheese. It felt like a microwave pizza. I suggest them to change the recipe. Pizza is not an expensive food, but it needs to be made properly. (It is something with the dough). The steak place had really thin steaks which made them all well done (besides the fillet). The buffet was ok, nothing special… Overall we enjoyed our stay.

La primer noche no estaba surtido el bar, no habia amenidades en el baño, la recepcion fue pésima nos tuvieron afuera ya que nuestro nombre no estaba inclyido en su lista, despues en recepcion mencionaron que no estaba nuestra reservación llamé al swrvicio de hotels y nl pude entrar a la llamada con mi numero de reservacion, hasya la 4a ocasión me atendieron amablemente y resolvieron el problema cuando con mi teléfono le comuniqué al de recepción, el cual no fue amable ni empático y después de un par de horas nos dieron acceso a las habitaciones.
