"The rooms are very large. We stayed In a one-bedroom suite Full kitchen with all you need. Seperate living room, the only issue was the bathroom was small. Hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Yonge and Bloor subway stop. We traveled by train and it was not stressful and Union Station is downtown? I will never fly again between Montreal & Toronto"

"As usual with these suite hotels, the rooms are large, good enough, comfy beds. Location is good, a stones throw from the Eaton Centre I didn’t like the fact that for a 4 night stay, my room was made up once, supposedly I should have been told that, but wasn’t, and in any case it’s too late at check-in, make it obvious on the website. Also, don’t pre-book breakfast, it’s pretty average. One block away is Sunset Grill, which is awesome"

"Two of three elevators were broken. Had to use the service elevators. Spent an enormous amount of time waiting for elevators. Check-in line was HUGE with very few staff available at the counter. Hot tub was drained and not available last two days of my stay. Room was typical of a three star hotel, not a 4 star. My bathroom was old and run down. My room rate was just over two hundred dollars for the first two nights and then over four hundred on the last night! Booked it on Expedia based on the room rate and my fault, didn't notice the bump on the last day until I was checking in. Won't stay here again."
