"Rooms were clean. A little dated. Outside noise notice during the night, not sure what hotel could do about that though. The buffet breakfast was ok, could be better. Hash browns taste a little stale, bacon would be better pan cook not deep fried. Fresh waffles not frozen eggs waffles."

"Only stayed one night but the hotel room was nice and clean. Bed was comfy with comfy pillows. Room temp was perfect. Only small complaint was that staff was already outside of our room at 8am, slamming doors, yelling and laughing very loudly with each other. it woke me up and I was not able to enjoy my sleep. I understand they have a job to do, however, they can be a bit more quiet and considerate to people who are trying to sleep in and enjoy the room."

"Loved the suite, felt like I could utilize a lot of it, the outside looks a bit shabby but that’s probably cuz of renovations, but inside looks so modern and amazing, only gripe was when I booked it, it was supposed to come with breakfast and I saw online that there was a pool, however when I asked the front desk, they said there wasn’t a pool and breakfast wasn’t included in my package even though it said it was. The TV also doesn’t have SMART TV for me to connect my phone to play movies and shows. Headache to deal with, but overall a very pleasant stay :)"

"Not sure we didn’t spend a ton of time in the hotel but it’s general loud for Toronto but the fire alarm went off on the 21st floor at 8am and kinda ruined my sleep. Which all around made me have a not so pleasant time in Toronto to say the least"
