"The staff went over and above to help me with properly storing some frozen food samples I was bringing for work, and then again at the end of my day to help with storing my luggage for a conference day after I'd checked out. The front entrance to the hotel is across from several quick meal options, and the back entrance is on a quieter side street that worked well for ride pick ups. Fantastic, spacious room with a great kitchenette, that was also much quieter than expected. Great bed, great water pressure. 10/10"
