"The room was beautiful, it was really clean and had a great view. The location was great and next to fort york historical site which I really enjoyed. It is also well connected by street car and walking to down town. I felt safe walking home even at night and the security team are very helpful. It had everything I needed great kitchen facilties and even things like toliet rolls, dish soap etc which made it feel like a real home away from home. The only issue I had was that the check in information was incorrect so I was a little trapped in my room for the first night, the next morning it was resovled quickly by email but the whatsapp number and telephone number which was advertised as 24 hours did not work so that was quite stressful. However once I settled in futher commuciation with the host via email was good."
