Pearson Pub’s Alex was all sorts of gentleman. Hotel reception? Not so much. Didn’t give one single solitary eff about the possibility of checking in early; wouldn’t take my info to call me if it came available, zero suggestions on what to do (didn’t even mention the pub or the Pizzaway restaurant. Very curt and borderline rude. Room was nice. Oddly, room darkening curtains don’t close. So you can’t DARKEN THE ROOM. AC was horrendously loud, but did its job. Cleaning staff was helpful and friendly.

The staff are well-trained snd polite, we were allowed to sit in the lobby from 11:00am with wifi, until given access to a room at 3pm. Fortunately they gave me a room on the ground floor, as there is no elevator. My shuttle leaves at the time the breakfast room opens, but as it is “complementary”, neither front desk nor the breakfast bar admin. would allow me access even to a yogurt (clearly visible at the breakfast bar.) Windows are quite old and thin, so flights taking off are very audible. I would not stay here on a future ocassion.

This hotel needs some TLC. Everything is older and a little musty. Door didn't lock all the way and was stiff and would jam. The check-in was slow. Lack of joy. This is obviously a Comfort Inn with a new sign. The area is a little sketchy. The p8ctures make the hotel look way better than it 8s.

It’s an old hotel, but very affordable and the shuttle to the airport is super convenient. I would stay here again, it’s certainly not the Ritz but you get what you pay for.
