No elevator and very poor signage. I couldn’t find my room, and the front desk wasn’t helpful. I went up the wrong stairwell dragging my luggage, only to end up in a hallway that smelled like urine. I went back down and realized the signage didn’t match the room numbers at all. The front desk staff casually told me, “Yes, room 216 is up those stairs even if the sign doesn’t say it,” which made it feel like this was a known issue. I had to drag my luggage up another set of stairs, and then there were even more stairs in the hallway. The entire experience felt odd and frustrating. I left for the airport before breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. The shuttle was on time, which I appreciated, and the room itself was okay—but after walking through that creepy hallway that smelled like urine, I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my room for the rest of the night. If the signage problem is well known, the front desk should be more helpful, especially when guests are carrying heavy luggage.

"Forgotten" room behind fire door opening onto a freezing cold stairway. Room was pitch dark and fumbling to find the light switch, I luckily did not pull the preceding switch which was a fire alarm! Peeled paint on all doors, cracked cupboard that had plumbing cutoff inside with unfinished and gouged opening around it. Clean and decent bathroom. Front lobby looked nice, bar and takeout services. Free buffet breakfast basic. Hard to find a parking spot due to stay and fly packages. Got a good price and was "enough" for a 10 hr stay before a flight. Very convenient to the parking garage.

The shuttle was easy, getting us to and from the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are old and dated although the sheets were clean and fresh and the pillows were comfortable. It did the trick for me and my two kids for an overnight stay Close to Pearson.
