My recent stay at your hotel was deeply disappointing due to numerous issues that reflect poor maintenance, unsafe conditions, and a lack of accountability. The room was dirty upon arrival, with water leaking from the ceiling and faucets dripping constantly. Dirty dishes were left behind, showing clear negligence in housekeeping. Most concerning, a chipped glass was left in the room; while using it, I cut my finger on the sharp edge — a serious safety hazard that should never have been overlooked.
The property itself was equally neglected. The outside sitting area was unkept, the patio was littered with trash, and the sporting facilities were damaged and unsafe. These conditions not only diminished the guest experience but also raised concerns about overall safety standards.
Adding to this, my vehicle was damaged by contractors hired by the hotel. When I reported the incident, management refused to take responsibility, which is unacceptable given that the contractors were working on behalf of the hotel.
This experience demonstrated a troubling pattern of neglect, unprofessionalism, and disregard for guest safety. I expected a clean, safe, and well-managed environment, but instead encountered hazards, property damage, and a refusal to address legitimate concerns. I request a full investigation, written acknowledgment of these failures, and appropriate compensation for the injury and damages sustained.
