the staff was very friendly at check-in, and the room was very clean. they lock the main doors at 11pm which made it feel more secure and safe.

convenient location, no matter where you go - it's easy to get back to the hotel, although the heater in the room is very noisy - for those who have a sensitive sleep - it's a bit unusual

The staff are polite and the room is very clean. It calme its exactly what i was looking for. Its near to union station, near stop for tramways, also restaurant. Even they don't have parking, but there one near.

Housekeeping was amazing and the room was always pristine when we returned from galivanting about. Service staff at the restaurant and front desk were helpful and amazing. The menu didn't have much variety but the food was good. The rooms are small but we spent our time in out in the city so we didn't require much space anyways.
