Horrible, terrible stay 2 separate occasions. We were given a dirty room when we first checked in. A stranger was then given a key to our room and walked into our room while we were in it. We were then locked out of room after our concert and couldn’t get in. They only offered a free breakfast for this. They offered us a discount for our 2nd stay. During check in they couldn’t find our booking, couldn’t see anything about the discount we were supposed to get from our first terrible experience and I had to speak with the front desk 3 separate times to make sure I was getting the discount. I will never stay here ever again.

Excellent location to Union station, clean economical accommodation with Tim Hortons across the street and several dining options immediately accessible. Messed up reservation for one room two beds by Expedia so given two rooms b property!

One night - jays game

Loved the style of the hotel. It was really clean and smelt great. Really friendly when we checked in. Showers are great too. Close to union station and walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and walked to jays game.

Loved the lobby area and the smell was divine. Rooms are very small but nicely decorated. The heater in the room is extremely loud and the noise from around the area was as well. It would appear the rooms are not very insulated for sound. Definitely gives boutique hotel vibes. Loved the art and details.
