Room was clean comfortable and very accommodating. Beds had excellent quality materesses. Each room had a book to read (novel), and had a cute racoon shaped pillow. Which was unique and a nice touch. Fine quality home made pastry and donuts at the Humble Donkey Restaurant inside the hotel. So much better than any donuts I've had from the usual franchise coffee shops

Thought it had a restaurant but it was a cafe/bar. Very limited dining choices. Very loud at dinner time as the atmosphere was more bar than dining room. Room was clean. Bathroom smallish with very limit counter space.

A nice little gem of a place!

This hotel had a unique feel to it. Centrally located to many downtown Toronto amenities, right across from union station. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and makes you feel like you’re staying at a friend’s condo!

Newly renovated with a European vibe and decor. Great rooms, tasty food i the restaurant and friendly, helpful staff. The lobby has large couches and areas where people gather - very welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend.
