Welcome to this little piece of heaven! Perfectly located in between Main street and Commercial Drive, with major bus line stops steps away either North or South of the apartment. This well furnished studio is newly renovated with new kitchen and bathroom floors and countertops and is easily accessible on the ground floor. It is very cozy with a functional layout and best for 2 people with 1 queen bed, but has an additional queen sofa bed for the option of accommodating 1 or 2 additional guests. Enjoy some coffee or tea and snuggle in on a rainy day to watch Netflix by the fireplace (in winter), or come cool off in the Summer with A/C, or easily get out and walk to Main or Commercial Drive for some trendy shopping and restaurants! The adventures are endless here! No cable, but has all the apps and I’ve logged into TSN app so my guests can watch sports, and Netflix.
With Self Check-In, getting in is a breeze and you automatically feel like you're right at home. We are available anytime to make your stay more enjoyable. I remove most of my personal belongings when I rent out the space so there is closet space for your things to make you feel right at home.
*Please Note* The unit is located on ground floor level, with a balcony. It is a very quiet neighborhood and the balcony door is secure, as long as you close and lock the window next to the balcony when you are not home. The apartment faces the street, although there are trees out front and blinds and curtains for privacy. There are also security cameras and motion lights facing the outside of the window and balcony just for that *extra* peace of mind. The neighbourhood is very walking-friendly with parks and fun walking trails. Breweries are within biking and walking distance.
We are pet friendly and hope you understand especially with shedding animals and the rain it is A LOT more clean up. we also provide pet bowls, pet bed and extra towels by the door for wiping your pet's (wet) feet during rainy season.
Before booking PLEASE READ:
1. Please introduce each person who will be staying at the place. Who they are, what they do, how old, how they are related to each other. (this includes PETS).
2. Please read the house rules and acknowledge that you have read it and are okay with them.
3. Please do not ask how much the cost is. Put your dates in to Airbnb to find out the price.
6. Price is not negotiable and is based on the daily demand.
7. Please let me know what time you will be arriving and checking out.
8. Absolutely NO last-minute "early check-in" or "late check-out" unless discussed at booking or during stay with advanced notice. Please note that I will offer early check-in (up to 10AM) and Late check-out (until 3pm) IF POSSIBLE for an additional $45 CAD each but if you would like to stay past that, please book the extra night. We have cleaners scheduled and have to work around your check-out time.
For Pet Owners: Accidents happen. If there are any damages to the rugs/couch/etc., you will be responsible for the repairs and I kindly ask that you please let me know BEFORE you check-out so that I can be prepared for the next booking. Thank you!

Unit is on ground level. It allows for easy access for guests but please make sure the windows and balcony doors are locked whenever you are gone.
