All the elevators were broken so had to take 10 flights of stairs to my floor with my bags in tow. I was told it would be fixed in 40 minutes but they stayed down for the whole stay.

Ruby restaurant offered great brunch! We got the room infront of the janitor room and staff were speaking very loudly. The AC unit was very loud when turning on/off that frequently woke us up.
