I do not recommend this hotel at all. It did not even get one star. It is a dirty and unclean hostel. It has insects and is very, very old. The walls are worn out, the bathrooms are small and dirty, and the staff’s treatment is disrespectful and they are not friendly at all. I do not recommend it at all.

Stayed here before and didn’t want to go back. They changed the name on the listing so I didn’t realize it was the same place until it was too late. Never again. Was so disgusting and smelly, shared access to our balcony with no security for the doors, open access at all hours, noisy and broken door in bathroom. Smelled like smoke in a no smoking room, floors were grimy, walls were so thin we could hear conversations on the deck. Not good.

Do not book this hotel—it is a scam. I suspect the recent good reviews are from bots or the owner of the property. I don't understand how a hotel in such a terrible state is allowed to operate. I feel bad for any future travelers who book here, and Expedia should remove this hotel from its platform. The conditions were deplorable. Our first room had a hole in the ceiling and peeling paint, and a metal part of the bed frame was sticking out, which my son almost tripped on. We asked the front desk to move us, but the second room was in the same condition. The hairdryer was not working, and there was no iron or microwave. The photos on Expedia are completely misleading; they must be from a previous operator. It is disgusting that they are operating a hotel in this state. They need to completely renovate it before accepting any more guests.

The property needs to be renovated. The washroom was really scary. And the carpet seems like it was never vacuumed. It was a rundown Ramada hotel and it took as awhile to find it as the hotel sign still says Ramada with small print of the new hotel name. We slept for a few hours and left immediately without looking back. If they renovate it has a lot of promises. It’s in a good location. And I hope they do.

the staff was friendly, but unfortunately things were very disorganized. The room wasn't ready when we arrived at 3 pm. The cleanliness was good for the usual things, but the place, inside and out didn't look like it ever gets a good cleaning. Really was too bad. People were very friendly and nice, but I would not go back.
