The resort itself is gorgeous, with lovely surroundings and well-kept facilities, but unfortunately the service really let the experience down. Staff often seemed overwhelmed or uninterested, and several requests took far longer than they should have—or were forgotten entirely. Communication felt disorganized, and the level of attentiveness didn’t match what you’d expect from a resort at this price. It’s a shame, because the property has a lot of potential. With better training and more consistent customer service, it could be a fantastic stay. Until then, it’s hard to fully recommend unless you value the location far more than the service.

The resort is beautiful one of the most aesthetically pleasing that I’ve stayed at. However, the food at the restaurants came out cold and was very bland and mid. Same thing with the food at the buffet, room service and pool side service. Overall, the food at the resort was underwhelming, a lot of fancy options that didn’t hit home. There also needs to be louder music at the adult only pool to create a better vibe with a more curated playlist to cater to the adult crowd. There also should be music playing at the bars on the inside of the resort also. Lastly, there needs to be more interactive activities at night catered to adults that last longer than 30 minutes.

This hotel has pretty much everything you need and may want. Clean, spacious, on the water, multiple options for food, drinks, and play. Top tier and a wonderful experience especially Jack from vacation makers. He speaks 4 languages fluently. I definitely will be back

Room clean, the view gorgeous and the balconey is a good size. The food is delicious and all inclusive. Be sure to make reservations for the restaurants daily during your stay including the restaurant's signature drinks. Some of the activities at the resort require an additional fee, but there are still free activities that you can definitely take advantage of. The shows are different daily and entertaining. This is a great option for all ages! The staff are pleasant, inviting and professional. Special shout out to Edgar and MX waiter Roberto!

I arrived at 4:40 pm and I was told that Expedia has a private check-in process We wait for the Ava Rep to take us to the private check-in. She takes us over at 5pm and then we wait for 10 minutes, then Ava Rep comes back and says the Expedia private check-in closed at 5pm. Then we had to go back over to the general check-in and had to wait over an hour to check-in our room. The check-in process was very unorganized and way too long. The line in the lobby for check-in was extremely long.Ava needs a better check-in process.
