Loved our time there and we will most likely come again! Pros: rooms were so clean and luxurious, the spa was amazing, food was really good and they were very accommodating with my sons allergy, staff was great Cons: I just wish there was something else for kids to do such as a playground or a small water park or slide. I was annoyed that the carousel rides cost extra when there wasn't a ton for kids to do. I also didn't like being hastled to do the time share breakfast when I just wanted to set up an excursion without that.

We had a great experience at Garza Blanca Resort in Cancun. The food was delicious at every restaurant we tried, and the variety made every meal feel special. The pool and beach were absolutely beautiful—perfect for relaxing, swimming, and enjoying the sun. What truly made the trip unforgettable was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their attention to detail and genuine kindness really elevated our stay especially when traveling with a baby! Overall, it was an amazing trip, and we can’t wait to come back! Would highly recommend it for someone with kids!

Super friendly staff and waiters. High end rooms. You will feel the luxury. A couple downsides: not much for kids. There's 1 kid zone, and that was good, but need a couple more activities, and taking in 2yos. Put a few kids slides in pools. Put kid friendly pool depths. Most of them are too deep for 6yo and less. Add more hot tubs. Overall we had a great experience.
