The property is beautiful and always clean. The staff ensures that the guests are well taken care of at all times. The entertainment was great big there could be a bit more workout during the week like the water aerobics and Zumba it was only once. The spa is so beautiful and the food choices could add a little turkey bacon for breakfast as there was no meat option for a non pork eater at breakfast. Get rid of the hamburgers at the fast food options because everyone is wasting them since they are not good at all. They need frozen drinks at every bar since it is so hot, some bars o ly had ice adding bot frozen aside from this the trip was fabulous and the resort is so good

Absolutely the worst hotel I stayed in in cancun. People are openly asking for drugs/ weed - the rooms are outdated , the staff has a bad attitude when you ask them for anything they are rolling their eyes at you, etc . Would not be back there for sure. Not worth it

The property was gorgeous! The rooms were very mediocre….we had a lot of problems with one of our rooms when we got there and had a few other ppl in elevators saying they had to change rooms also bc of different reasons. My biggest complaint is there are zero frozen drinks at all the bars except two that we found and they weren’t very close to the pool area we were at. And the liquor they used was very very cheap and you could tell. I would never stay here again unfortunately! Food was not good at all 😔

The property is very beautiful. It is very large a lot of great amenities a lot of different activities to keep you occupied during your stay. The food lax seasoning there weren’t many options at the all-inclusive restaurants. The beach was not easily accessible. There was a drop down to get to the shoreline not recommended for young children.

You have to pay for a safe lock $10 a day and go down to get the lock and leave a deposit and carry a key. They have outdated old rooms and the water in the swimming pool was too hot It was also very large and hard to find anything Pay a little more and stay somewhere nicer To add insult to injury one lady looked at me and wanted to make sure I had a room and asked for a man to walk me to the room to make sure I was really staying there ! I’ll never go back
