This was our second time here...we also spend 10 days during Christmas. And we will definitely come back 3rd time...We loved the staff everyone was so helpful and kind...to our big surprise when we dine in Toscann restaurant hostes Angelica remember our Son name he is 6 and this made him feel very very special...excellent staff,especially Angelica Rodriguez, Susana Zenteno and Jesus Diaz.. And can not forget the Carlos and Gustavo who welcome us every day with smile and helped us with everything...especially because those ppl we will be back again soon .

As someone with celiac disease, traveling can often be stressful, and dining out is one of the most difficult aspects. Cross-contamination is a serious issue for people with celiac and most places, especially other Marriott properties have not been nearly as equipped or trained to handle it properly. But this stay was completely different. Your Chef Angel, Chef Albert, and the entire culinary team went above and beyond in every possible way. Their knowledge about CD, their commitment to safe preparation, and their overall attitude of kindness and inclusion completely blew me away. Furthermore, they didn’t just make me feel safe, they made me feel seen. I was given direct access to them to discuss my needs, and they never once made me feel like I was being difficult, a burden or inconvenient. They showed me genuine care and compassion, treating my dietary restrictions not as a burden, but as something they were happy to accommodate with excellence. They even made special gluten free baked goods just for me-something that I rarely get to enjoy. They prepared meals to-go when I had to leave the hotel, fully understanding that eating safely outside would be nearly impossible. Property was beautiful.

The staff is not prepared to receive that much people for Holly Week. Really slow and bad service in dining restaurants. Also the bedrooms are not sound proof, so if you plan to rest and sleep well on your vacations this is not the hotel for you. I will not book again

We were a group of 18 including 8 kids ranging from 2-10 yrs old. They had something for everyone. Our older kids enjoyed the kids club activities for a few hours each day. The food was decent. Most of the restaurants (except the very underwhelming Italian restaurant) were able to accommodate our ridiculously large group. Teppanyaki was our favorite, highly recommend, we booked it 2x. The ceviche and the fish taco stand were a hit too. Shout out to Victor and Erik at the pool that took care of the never ending drink and nuggets, fries, and pizza requests of the kids.

Been to this property in 2022 and the experience prompted to revisit again. This trip in 2025, it’s a huge change since last visit, my party and I did not get the same attention as other guest given it’s an all inclusive and would attribute this to my colored skin. Waiters ignored us and declined to fulfill my party orders especially the restaurants by the pool. Spoke with the dining supervisor but nothing changed. Also, if you plan to come to this resort, prepare yourself to wake up at 6am to block pool chairs. By 6.30am all pool chairs are taken and won’t have anywhere to keep your belongings while at the pool.

below average food. service was good for the most part but some of servers had attitudes. I didnt understand what they said but the look and tone of voice made it very obvious. Make all of us very uncomfortable from time to time. Stay away from Japanese restaurant. everything is salty. rice has no flavor, and Hibachi............... well....... for beginner I guess. You are only allow to order 1 item, which is chicken, steak or seafood. Yes you heard me right. all inclusive but you only allow to get 1! Oh wait! Let me remind you, 1 chef running 2 table so your rice and (1 item) will be eating separtely 30 minutes apart. Hana everything is over cook. yes including steak. Marriott didnt meet my expectation on this property.
