The 2 rooms we booked had maintenance issues - consistent smell of sewage in one and low shower water pressure, poor sink drainage and loose faucet in another. Also, the rooms were musty and extremely dusty. Housekeeping did not clean well and did not provide a proper replenishment of towels or wash cloths. Additionally, customer service was poor from Andrea at the front desk. She was nonchalant and seemed uninterested in our complaints. However, Carlos was great and helped us with a room change. His service was memorable. Ulises at the restaurant upstairs was also great.

There was a drunk man very aggressive at the rooftop restaurabt bar. I was travelling with my 2 year old we were jetlagged just ordering quesadillas. Security had to come and escort him but took awhile. Other than this it was ok for a layover.
