This place was exactly as shown, beautiful stunning view! Very pristine. The lagoon side view was just as pretty. You see the beautiful hotels lit up at night and you can enjoy the music from the Congo Bongo. You can sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of the pool from the lagoon side. The pool was nice, enjoyed it in the late afternoon in the shade. Not ever crowded. The bathrooms have beautiful blue tiles and pedestal sinks. Plenty of room in the shower, if you open the window you get a pretty view of the sand and hotels alongside the ocean. We saw a proposal happen on the beach and many wedding photos as well. Sitting on the balcony in the evenings and listening to the tides roll in and the warm breeze, so relaxing! We were a family of 5 and had plenty of room, tho my son would say otherwise sharing with his sisters. The grocery store was a 5 min walk and gift shops literally across the street. Enjoyed lunch at Senior Frogs, very funny people, made us stand on our chairs and dance. We did a speed boat /snorkel excursion 20 min away and caught a ferry to Isla Mujeres, 5 min walk away. So close to everything, no need to be anywhere else. Nicole was always in excellent communication from the time you book to the time you leave. Quick responses and super sweet. Would definitely recommend this place and would go back. Thank you Nicole it was such a wonderful trip!
