Property/ rooms were very clean. But NO night entertainment, only Karaoke at night for only about an hour at a "sports bar" with in the property. Day time pool area very boring. No music, only a game or two with pool staff a day. Only main pool is the only one that "cracks". Restaurants within property require reservation, you cant just walk in and eat. Only at the international buffet which is where we ate everyday because its pretty annoying to have to wait for a time to eat, specially when you have activities planned and you just want to arrive and grab a bite. Sports bar is the only option when buffet is closed and takes them about an hour just to get a salad out with mozzarella sticks. SIMPLY NOT A RESORT FOR YOUNGER CROWD. ALOT OF older people and kids. Wont be staying here again.

Not enough room in dining areas. We had to stand in line for over half an hour for each meal before we got seated. Short staffed and food variety at the buffet is very limited. Not enough seats around the pool ether.

I like how the room has a full kitchen with utensils. Only thing I didn’t like about the room is the refrigerator, the fridge was very noisy and loud when the compressor kicked in. But overall I was satisfied.

We enjoyed our stay – the staff was exceptionally friendly, the hotel was spotless, and the facilities were great. However, two things need improvement: 1. Pool Chairs – Guests can reserve chairs with flags, but many claim them early in the morning and leave them unused until the afternoon. When I raised this with security, I was told nothing could be done. 2. Dinner – Breakfast and lunch were excellent, but dinner was frustrating. Restaurant reservations filled up as early as midnight the night before, leaving long waits at the buffet. On “Mexican Night,” there were no kid-friendly options, so our children went to bed hungry. With some changes to the dinner system and pool policy, this could be a perfect vacation spot.

The property was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, if you don’t wake up at 7 AM to claim chairs by the pool, you’ll have trouble finding a place to sit. The food wasn’t great, but overall, we had a very nice family vacation.
