The room was clean and stylish with a practical design and attention to detail; bathroom door swung in a way it didn’t block the flow of the room. The refrigerator was placed in a corner away from beds. A luggage area with hooks for hanging scarves. I would recommend this hotel brand.

Their was an initial problem with our room not being what we had requested when booked. I want to thank Samantha at the front desk for her concern to make things right and changing our room to better fit our situation. She was very helpful and all smiles. The room was more than adequate.

We couldn’t get our TV working and they immediately sent a technician who was friendly and professional and got it fixed. Btw the breakfast buffet is excellent!

Everything was fantastic except for the noise above my room. I was not able to sleep and I was tired for the event that i attended the next morning, however the front desk staff was quick to respond and the noise subsided but did not completely stop. I was placed in a different room the next day courtesy of the front desk staff members.
